I want you to pick up takeout for supper and the girl behind the counter was pretty much ignoring us and we were the only ones there. One of the cooks said something to her and we finally got served. Other than that the food was really good

This was my first time having Mary Brown's Chicken and it did not disappoint! The chicken was crispy, thick and juicy! Also the gravy was really good. I will definitely be back!

Went there Monday Nov 25 & Dec 2/24 for a Big Mary lunch. In both cases there were only two people on service both working in the kitchen and talking. I was the only person in line, others were waiting for their orders, it took an extraordinary time to get waited on and the product was terrible, in fact the little bit of lettuce was brown and very wet, little may and the chicken was thin and rubbery/over crusted to cover lack of product. Our last visit as I believe the place has been sold and the new people are not up to MB standards.

Was honestly surprised at how clean and nice the inside of the place looks like.
Employees are very nice, they even served me the food on my table as if it’s an actual restaurant.
Their chicken sandwiches are consistently very fresh and always taste excellent
Highly recommend trying their chicken sandwiches on Monday as it’s only $4.99 for a whole chicken sandwich then

Very dry, sauce less burgers... We called and instead of offering us side sauce, or actually anything,. They said they would call back in 5 minutes but didn't call back for over an hour. The burgers sat on our table untouched while we waited for a response. We were told the owner himself made our dry sauce less burgers? But didn't have time to call us back before he left ... The person we spoke to had great customer service, but were still waiting for a response. Guess we'll throw out the burgers that have been sitting on our table for almost 2 hours

Bought here the burger with the b1t1. They charged me $40 plus taxes for 3 burgers. I told them it was a b1g1. They told me I would be charged for 2 burgers, which is 12 plus taxes. They voided my first bill, $40, and didn't give me the 2nd receipt. They told me that I can see it on the Uber app. Upon checking the receipt, I was charged for $25.The manager knows what's my concern here. If I had known they would charge me $25 for 3 burgers, I would not accept it. I waited about 20 minutes, knowing they would give me the other 3 pcs.

Oh boy.. I have a lot to say so here goes.I arrived at this location at 12:15 pm for some lunch takeout. (they open at 11am).This place is busy! There were 2 people eating in and 6 + me either waiting or about to order food.There were two people working - the cook in the back and the staff person assisting customers or working in the back. They looked flustered and overwhelmed..I ordered the Original Big Mary Combo with taters and a drink which was 14.55 after tax..While waiting for my order the lady in front of me was informed they ran out of chicken - they one drumstick left. We both couldn't believe it but in the end she got a big Mary like I did.My food sucked! My taters tasted like they were made yesterday and were not even hot. They had that reheated feel and tasted about them.My sandwich was OK, but there wasn't much chicken like they're used to be - about half as tall as before. Not much of a Big Mary to me..So Mary Browns if you're reading this help me understand my my food would be stale when it's that busy inside? And how can you run out of chicken at noon on a thursday (you open at 11am).Sadly for me there is no longer a good chicken place near me.Oh.. my dog liked the taters more than I did - she ate most of them.
