Went in around 7 the girl looked annoyed I was there told me 20 min wait, I walked out. She looked like she was getting ready to close up but they are open until 10. How do you not have anything ready at 7pm ?

Great service and friendly staff. I placed a mobile order for pickup and it was ready to go when I walked in. They had it in the little warmer vault thing and all I had to do was give the name the order was under, grab my food, and go.

I want you to pick up takeout for supper and the girl behind the counter was pretty much ignoring us and we were the only ones there. One of the cooks said something to her and we finally got served. Other than that the food was really good

Guy at the front smelled like cigarettes and it was a heavy smell. After walking 15mins in -39 weather. He didn’t let me use the coupon apparently it was “expired”

This was my first time having Mary Brown's Chicken and it did not disappoint! The chicken was crispy, thick and juicy! Also the gravy was really good. I will definitely be back!

Went there Monday Nov 25 & Dec 2/24 for a Big Mary lunch. In both cases there were only two people on service both working in the kitchen and talking. I was the only person in line, others were waiting for their orders, it took an extraordinary time to get waited on and the product was terrible, in fact the little bit of lettuce was brown and very wet, little may and the chicken was thin and rubbery/over crusted to cover lack of product. Our last visit as I believe the place has been sold and the new people are not up to MB standards.

Was honestly surprised at how clean and nice the inside of the place looks like.
Employees are very nice, they even served me the food on my table as if it’s an actual restaurant.
Their chicken sandwiches are consistently very fresh and always taste excellent
Highly recommend trying their chicken sandwiches on Monday as it’s only $4.99 for a whole chicken sandwich then
