Mary Brown's Chicken

Bad food quality. Even no supervisor is around. Will never visit again. I am a Popeyes customer from today.

I ordered 2 big Mary sandwiches . I made special note that I want spicy mayo in one but still there is regular mayo. And the portion of chicken is very less. I’m very disappointed I wasted my money.

The manager Virender or whatever his name was is a rude staff, he claimed he is the manager which I highly doubt as an incompetent man like him doesn't have the capabilities to be a manager.

Messed up order, instead of fixing it, blamed me that i placed the order wrong. Showed him what I had ordered from the app, only then he fixed the order.

Asked for complimentary dipping cups, he offered me only 1 even offered to buy more, he refused saying they don't have option to sell dipping cups.

Been a regular customer for a long time,but this specific store is the worst!

I always love Mary Brown's pop-ins, unfortunately a few of the stores are no longer allowing the spicy dusting, to be applied. Staff member told us to contact corporate, and we did. So, we didn't get spicy pop-ins, this time.

I guess shrinkflation has also hit MaryBrowns. I remember the Chicken tenders being much larger when I got it last month. $14 for 5 PC of tenders.

They give me soggy chicken, too much oil was literally dropping from the chicken. You could make an omelette with the amount of oil it comes with, not gonna lie 😂

As a uber driver, I was declined the item as I didn't have a thermo bag. Sorry I did not buy it. Say forever goodby to this store. Firstly, technically speaking, very often having a bag carrying on the food is harder to navigate out than carrying the item directly by hand. Secondly uber eats is not a lucrative business but quite poor. Come on. Your store actually has no bargain power on this. Really bad review. BYW

After my third visit to this location in the past month I have hit a dead spot. What I mean is that the last 2 times I visited this place they got my order dead on and the food was great. However on the third round. I ordered 2 - 2 piece chicken meals with med gravy, coleslaw and made it specific to the fact that I wanted only white meat in one of the meals. I also ordered taters and coleslaw. I also ordered both meals to be regular not spicy. After ordering I left to drive home. Once at home I discovered that I got fries instead of taters and both meals had a thigh and a wing or drum stick. These pieces were very small and were spicy. I did not return to the store to complain as I had the stuff already out on plates and I live a good distance. Next time if I do decide to visit this location again I will be adamant to check everything before I leave. Thanks Mary Brown for ruining my Sunday evening dinner. The really sad part of all this is the money I spent was well earned and it felt like I just ripped it up and threw it to the wind.

We enjoyed this place, staff is friendly, but this last time they didn't have hot sauce, and we really like spicy sauce in our chicken, but overall nice place to have delicious chicken ?

I’ve ordered from this location twice, and both times the chicken has been terrible. Big Marys on both occasion. Chicken is dry, small, breading chewy, and the middle is tough and rubbery and I am not able to bite it
