Mary Brown's Chicken

The worst treatment of employees I have ever seen in my life, the young man who works in the back making the food and the girl who works at the cashier, they are modern and treat the food delivery driver with arrogance and they also handle the food without gloves or hair protection. I hope the restaurant owner knows this because they need some discipline

One of my favorite places to get great chicken in the whole city. All the staff are sweet kind and fast!

Our burgers had fuzzy white hairs all throughout the burger. The hairs looked like the polyfiber filling for pillows. I ate a few bites before realizing. Very disgusting. I called the restaurant just to let them know and the lady told me that it's part of the chicken and safe to eat. I disagreed with her and let her know it's definitely foreign objects in food which is a huge health and safety issue. The hairs were attached to the chicken breading, in the burger, and on the top and sides of the bun too. So gross. I will NEVER eat Mary Browns again.

I ordered 2 big Mary sandwiches . I made special note that I want spicy mayo in one but still there is regular mayo. And the portion of chicken is very less. I’m very disappointed I wasted my money.

The manager Virender or whatever his name was is a rude staff, he claimed he is the manager which I highly doubt as an incompetent man like him doesn't have the capabilities to be a manager.

Messed up order, instead of fixing it, blamed me that i placed the order wrong. Showed him what I had ordered from the app, only then he fixed the order.

Asked for complimentary dipping cups, he offered me only 1 even offered to buy more, he refused saying they don't have option to sell dipping cups.

Been a regular customer for a long time,but this specific store is the worst!

I always love Mary Brown's pop-ins, unfortunately a few of the stores are no longer allowing the spicy dusting, to be applied. Staff member told us to contact corporate, and we did. So, we didn't get spicy pop-ins, this time.

I guess shrinkflation has also hit MaryBrowns. I remember the Chicken tenders being much larger when I got it last month. $14 for 5 PC of tenders.
