Put in an order for 5:45 pm got there and after being passed in line by all the skip people picking up there orders it was 6:00. When someone finally helped me they told me the wait would be 10 minutes. Who ever runs this place needs to give there head a shake. Only gave one star because I can’t go lower.

This Marrybrown used to be my go-to, but lately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service has drastically declined—it’s honestly some of the worst I’ve encountered. I shouldn’t have to sit at the drive-thru for three minutes waiting for someone to take my order, only to spend another few minutes repeating myself multiple times just to be understood. I’ve had to repeat my order up to seven times on some occasions.

As for the food, it’s just not what it used to be. It’s consistently dry and tough—like chewing rubber. I now dread ordering burgers on Mondays because they’re almost always inedible. They no longer taste fresh or flavorful, and the texture is just awful—dry, hard, and unpleasant to eat.

I really hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements. This location used to be a favorite, but now it’s just a frustrating experience all around.

On another note- try the St.Vital Marrybrowns it was actually not bad compared to this one

I orderd 3 Big Mary but my meal was total letdown. The chicken was so hard and greasy, it felt like chewing rubber. To make it worse, the buns were also stale and falling apart. My son had been begging me for a burger for weeks.
What a mistake, watching my son struggle to eat it, was the worst part. He kept trying to take bites, but the chicken was too tough, and the bun just crumbled in his hand. As a parent, it felt aweful seeing his little treat ruined by such poor quality food.
Just a wasted meal and sad kid.

Really slow service, wait more then 30 min for my order. 30 min for ready made things. What they guys doing i can’t understand and they even don’t give response when you ask how much time they take for 2 burger. Never visit pembina mary brown

UPDATE:
Someone responded to my review (Owner) (see below) asking me to contact them by e-mail with my concerns at "[email protected]" which I did. It is now a week later, and I have had absolutely no communication from Mary Browns about my experience what so ever. It looks great when they respond on Google Reviews saying thank you for sharing your experience with us and the community, etc, but then they don't respond to the e-mail and offer some solution, apology or explanation. Why ask a customer to send them an e-mail if they are just going to ignore it? Horrible customer service from start to finish.

From the time I entered the drive through to the time I got my food was 40 minutes. Yes, not a typo...40 MINUTES. I was in a rush, on the way home for a meeting and decided to bring home chicken for my family. I wanted to order something new I saw on the app, the Feast for Beast for my wife and I and two piece and taters for our boys, and a gravy. After waiting for my turn in the drive through I was told I can't order the Feast for Beast at the drive through and needed to order it on the app. Absolutely ridiculous. There were 3 people behind me, so I went around. Tried 3 times to order off the app, and it was not working properly. Went into the store to try to get this fixed and was told there is no manager there, and I'll have to order off the app... that isn't working. Finally one of the employees re-set something on their end, and it allowed me to order. As I said though. 40 min, when I was in a hurry to get food to my family, and get to my meeting. Just awful experience, and truth be told the tiny little chicken tenders and pop ins were dry, cold, and over cooked.
This available on the app only stuff is awful. I am okay with technology, but there are a lot of people who are still not. You lose ALL that business. They will not order off an app, and will not order from your restaurant.
Just from start to finish, an awful experience.
Won't be going back.

if you want to have good foods with cheap price and clean atmosphere, you should visit Mary Brown's. They have very good chicken fries, city's best mashed potato; they have cream cheese pie for your kids. those are really good in quantify and quality.

Management responds on here but doesn’t respond to their emails. They make it look like they care but do nothing! Disgusting chicken and service. Do not waste your money! Like I said in my review below management will contact me, I responded to the email and I haven’t heard back. They act like they care but do nothing! The last 2 times I’ve ordered here the chicken has been so greasy. The taters were old, cold, dry and some were hard. Staff and management wouldn’t do anything accept give a 10% discount for the next time, there will be no next time! Manager argued with me and blamed me for the cold food. I even asked if the food was hot and fresh because the bag was sitting on the counter not even under a heat lamp. As I read the bad reviews management comments and want to hear more about the situation. I’m curious to see what management will say to my review since I spoke to her on the phone and refused to give me a discount instead she argued with me. Terrible customer service! Terrible food! I never write bad reviews but this was beyond awful.
