I had a very disappointing encounter with Mary Browns Pembina. It seems like everyday they close their store around 9.30 pm. Even though it says they are open, I cannot order thru the app or go inside the store. There 3 employee, one of them was not even wearing the uniform, I'm not even sure if she's an employee or not. But they chose to ignore me. If they were doing something important they should have let the customer know but they just chose to ignore. And most importantly, the open sign was still ON. Please fix this issue and get some responsible employees please. And please don't give me a generic reply of emailing to you guys

There's an employee who wears a Hijab and eyeglasses for reference since I dont know their name, they have been rude to me a couple times while taking my order. There's never a smile on their face and seems like they just dont want to work.
Marry brown on pembina is the worst location to visit. Very bad customer service and refused refund when the order was wrong.

I ordered using mary browns app , and been using it for a while now but this time I accidentally ordered at wrong location I was trying to order at Osborne location but choosed pembina one, i called pembina location to cancel or maybe just transfer my order but they said they can’t do anything this happened with me on popeyes once but they had a good coordination and made me the food without extra charges, in a franchise system their should be coordination, It was not a big deal to make me one at Osborne or refund it from pembina I ended up paying at both locations. Will not continue my loyalty with them anymore.

Showed up at 10:00 p.m. last night and then ended up calling them because their website says that they are open until 12:00 a.m. same with the Google listing said that they're open until 12:00 a.m. next thing you know the staff member says sorry we're closed very disappointing and unprofessional

I went to Mary Browns pembina for my first time at this chain. Upon walking in the lobby area was not clean. Then I went to washroom before i ordered. It was filthy, no hand soap at all. I saw that someone initialled it was checked but there is not way.
Based upon this we actually left without ordering. I cannot imagine what condition the kitchen could be like and if proper sanitary precautions are taken.

There was an issue with 2 chicken sandwiches that i had ordered. Called when I got home and the staff were able to correct it. Very happy with the friendly and curious service, would definitely come back!
