If u are vegetarian don’t ever go here to purchase fries..I Order chicken today and fries on the side..the fries has chicken crumbs inside the box..very disgusting…poor quality never again at the place..they probably fried the chicken and fries in the same oil..do better MARY BROWNS…

I was here at 2pm January 12th 2025 my first time here and a lady walked in with her dog and sat her dog 🐕 and herself down the staff did or said nothing I was not impressed about this

I requested to dine in , no problem received my food in a paper bag. Received my chicken as I requested a keel. Chicken was not cooked and the chicken skin usually has a thick crunchy skin. The piece I received was not at usual standards. The sad thing the service personal didn't try to rectify the situation. I love Mary Brown's chicken as my first experience with the food was 10 years ago in Newfoundland.

This guy (owner) did not pay me my last paycheck (one week's pay which is around 36 hours). It's been almost one month. If he does not pay me I will take this matter to the Mary Brown head office and labour court. I have all the proof. I worked there for almost 6 months 2 months with the previous owner and almost 4 months with this new one. I never had any problem with the previous owner but with him, I always had to ask for my money and paystub which was annoying. I need my money within two days.

Don't go here for food or a job, they scam people into working for free to "train", then they never hire anyone.
They also don't follow proper safety protocols, not sanitary either.
To the manager/owner: stop making a bad name for your people.

I saw this circulating Online. Stop scamming people.

Ordered through uber eats and everything was wrong. My order was 2 x spicy Big Mary’s and 2 x 2 piece chicken with taters, Mac&cheese and diet 7-ups. I got 2 regular Big Mary’s, fries and Pepsi… no chicken, no taters, no Mac&cheese and wrong drinks. I refunded the 2 piece meals but I didn’t bother with the Big Mary’s even though they weren’t the spicy ones I ordered. I thought it might be the drivers error but I called them and they said this was what was given to them from the store. Oh well!

Going a little over an hour before closing, you get all of the old, hard, stale bread and overcooked (or reheated) meat and.. it's just overall gross. End up throwing out more than half.

I visited Mary Brown's Chicken on a whim after grocery shopping at Walmart, not expecting much. I decided to try the Mini Mary and the Chicken Twist since I wasn't very hungry. To my surprise, I really enjoyed it—the chicken was juicy, fresh, and delicious. The food was hot and flavorful, exceeding my expectations. I’m looking forward to trying more items from their menu and hope the quality is consistent at other locations.

The chicken was not too oily and it was seasoned very well. I tried it for the first time 3 weeks ago and have been back 3 times since. I think this is my new favorite spot. Thanks guys for giving me fried chicken that reminds me of how my husband does it at home.

One guy working by himself at 5:30 p.m. so the tables were not being cleaned. Tater tots looked and tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil.
