Mary Brown's Chicken

Apparently they don’t put gravy on their poutines anymore - ended up with a box of tatters and mildly melted cheese curds. Not sure how you screw up a poutine, it has 3 ingredients

Online ordered with the app. I ordered a 18 piece chicken only. I was told 10 minutes, I showed up after 20 minutes. I was then told 10 more minutes. I asked the lady if she can add a medium gravy, for waiting. It was like she didn't understand me, but every Skip driver was talking with her. They all spoke the same language, the cook the counter lady and all the skip drivers. I like this place but it seems to be catering to one language and race. This is Canada. I've been to other countries not being able to speak there language and was treated better.

The chicken was tasty, fresh and hot. I liked their fast service, and the person at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

I had their spicy chicken burger and potato wedges. Very disappointed. Although the service was fantastic, both the chicken burger and wedges were next to tasteless. Also, the wedges were very dry.

This is my second time over the last few months ordering from this location. Maybe I'm just unlucky, however, both times the chicken has tasted like old gross oil. Even with getting spicy, you can still taste old oil. It's so un pleasant. On top of that, both times with both meals, I've ordered the taters as the side, and both times there is a super over cooked french fry in with them, further proving my suspicion they do not change their oil appropriately.

Trying our best to buy Canadian. We heard good things about it. The chicken was well seasoned and delicious

People need to stop with these bad reviews. I've been there a few times already. My food is ALWAYS made fresh to order. I don't mind the wait for good, hot food. I also live out of town, way past the perimeter. The lady behind the counter was very nice, I ordered a large chicken pop ins, paid for it, and realized I'd also like a mash bowl. I asked her to put cheese on it after I paid for it which was my mistake, offered to pay for the extra cheese and she said it was fine. I'd say top notch service. I even got a couple smiles! Good food, clean atmosphere, great service! Don't listen to the bad reviews and see for youself!

Chicken is decent. Fries are bland. Gravy watery and not much taste.

We picked up 9 pieces of chicken fries gravy and Cole slaw. We both got sick. When I called, they grilled me about what time it was bought, what was bought and wanted me to bring it back right away. When I said we couldn't because we were sick, they almost seemed to not believe me. I will never again order from them.

Very tasty food, fast service (late evening), though the cashier was very abrupt & loud but that could be her personality, the sandwiches could have used a bit more lettuce & sauce. The medium fries were pricey ($7) but the box was like a large serving. Overall good for the special meal day but couldn't normally afford to eat here.

Got my son to pick up batter's box on Aug 16th @ 4.07pm.That evening , we were all so thirsty .I had 3 big glasses of water,Next day had diarrhea at 3 in the morning.Sadly my son had to go to work that evening.Only had 1 drink with him & was so thirsty .even the next morning.What was so salty or maybe sitting too long??Never again ,sticking to KFC.

Regular customer but 1st time at this location. Smallest location we have visited but same as the rest. Tried the K-Crunch sandwich, little sweet and some heat. Pretty good overall if you like sweet and spicy but nothing to sweet or hot.

Hours say they close at 10 pm. Went there after I got off work late and they were closed before the posted hours. They clean the fryers early if it’s slow… wish I knew that
