Went at 9pm and tried to order their Spicy Big Mary Chicken sandwich. They said they're out of chicken. They close at 10pm. They didn't say anything else. We just left. Figured it was just poor staff who didn't want to make food or bad management. Won't come back. Went to Popeyes and it was so good.

Picked up a 4 piece chicken meal today around 12:30 pm. I only live 10 minutes from the restaurant. The taters were cold, hard as rocks, no favour, absolutely awful. Why isn'tall the food fresh and hot at the lunch hour?? The chicken was ok. What a waste of $20. Never again.

Apparently they don’t put gravy on their poutines anymore - ended up with a box of tatters and mildly melted cheese curds. Not sure how you screw up a poutine, it has 3
I ordered a 3 piece meal and a big Mary combo came home and the big Mary combo was missing have the breading and was so hard and dry wasn’t even edable as well there was no fries in the order. Will not be going back there again.

Last time i went to this location i got my order home and there was fries instead of potato wedgies...not what i wanted was a little disappointed. I went again last night got home and never got a piece of white meat....very disappointed. Every time ive been to mary browns before always got a nice big white meat breast . i think they didn't give me one because they being cheap...wont be going back to this location
