It was ok. We went the William st location. It was later in the evening and it wasn’t busy so everything should have been really hot and fresh but the food came out pretty fast as if the patties had been sitting already. We got 4 chicken sandwiches and that was it. We had less than a 10 minute drive home and they were ice cold by the time we ate them. They weren’t crispy at all either.
The first time I had Mary browns it was the st Mary’s location and it was awesome. As good or better than Popeyes so this trip was pretty disappointing.

Not sure if girl there knew where she was let alone how to do her job!! Everything on menu you can pick taters or fries (both potatoes, both cooked same way even packaged the same) except apperently 1 offer (which you can choose an option online ? ). Not sure if it's actually not allowed only in store, regardless went elsewhere

Very unpalatable. First of all, the color is unacceptable. The sauce tastes unspeakably bad. The fried chicken tastes like chewing wood. Not recommended.

When I first walked in, it was different than any other marry browns. The place was really clean and the atmosphere was amazing! The owner was very nice and polite and so was the workers. Even the chicken and the gravy were amazing! This place is a must go to for marry browns. I will definitely be going to this marry browns only since I don’t know if I can go to any other marry browns after this!

The chicken was the worst chewy grizzly chicken I have ever tasted in my big Mary sandwich. It is bitter like it's been fried in old oil it leaves a terrible aftertaste in your mouth.I asked for lots of ketchup and salt twice, I got four ketchups and no salt. Can you eat my bun because it tastes like somebody soaked it in water it was so soggy. Some of the wedges where crunchy.I Tried them when I first came here and it was terrible my chicken was bleeding thought I'd give it another try but it will not be going back again.How do people eat this !!!
Been coming to Mary's for awhile and went to the William location. I paid extra for a 2 piece all white meal, but when I sat down they only gave me a wing and a rib. I have been coming here for years and never got a wing when paying extra. Normally, the chain gives a rib or keel for the extra price, because a wing has barely any meat in it. I proceeded to ask the employee why she gave me a wing and she told me it's white meat.I asked if she could put a rib or keel in the meal instead. She said no at first and talked to the cook, standing there to scold me like a child. Saying that I wouldn't get it again. I told the employee I'm never coming back to this location again and didn't care.First appearance inside all tables were dirty food on the floor.Whoever owns this franchise better get their customer service addressed, it was terrible! Do not waste your time coming to this branch!I will go to the one on REGENT which knows how to give good service!Note: Who pays almost $20 for 2 pieces of chicken?? Me, but never again.

My mum is in the hospital at this time, so I went to Mary Brown's to get some dinner. All I can say, the staff are so accomadainting, kind and professional! I hope they are told about this review, of how happy I am of the service they provided!Highly recommend anyone that is in this area, to come here! The food is fantastic!They made my day!
