Mary Brown's Chicken

I placed an order through their app for pickup and waited for about 45 minutes, thinking they were preparing my food. When I checked the app, I saw that the order hadn’t even been confirmed. I called the restaurant, and they told me they had run out of food — but they never bothered to contact me! They were just sitting there, and when I asked them to do something about it, they said they couldn’t and told me to send an email instead.

Now I have no food for dinner and no idea when I’ll get my refund.
What a horrible experience. I’ve never faced anything like this before. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Went there for the $1.98 Sandwich deal and they said sold out... bunch of crap if you ask me. As a person with mobility issues I was not happy to go all the way there to be told no. Not only that their prices are way too high for what it's worth. Won't be going back

Bathroom filthy, male employee touched our fries multiple times with bare hand, straight hair in food (i have curly hair so not mine), same employee shoved his hand into his pants later. The only good thing here was ordering.

My girlfriend ordered from there today for the first time through UberEats. She called ahead to ask a question about ordering and they were very helpful. When she placed the order, she made a mistake. They called her before accepting because they knew what she was looking for. Outstanding customer service. They genuinely cared about our order. Very impressive and hats off to the team at Mary Browns on Stradbrook. Food was great!!!

I initially ordered a hot honey sandwich. I was told that it’s not part of the Monday deal which was fine with me but it seemed the cashier didn’t understand that and I was told pick a new item. I opted for a spicy big mary and took it home. When I got home and opened my bag of food what I found was a regular big mary. I ate it but the chicken was so dry and flavourless. At least it was a part of the Monday deal so I didn’t have to pay full price I guess?

Very nice atmosphere, within walking distance of every other business in Osbourne Village. The food was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly.
