I was very disappointed with the crispy chicken I ordered. I chose a 6-piece meal with original and honey-BBQ flavous, but found both to be excessively salty and lacking in any other discernible flavors. It was surprising to encounter such poor quality from a restaurant with three branches in a city like Winnipeg. This experience was far from satisfactory.

Awful service. We ordered a 2 for 1 through Uber and they told us we ordered it incorrectly and they only gave us 1 item. No way to reverse the original order, and even though the second item was supposed to be free and they acknowledged that fact, they STILL wouldn't give us the 2nd item free. Never going back againI emailed the address in the reply, but surprise surprise no response.

This is location is my favorite because of good service, friendliness, and good food. Even the store is clean and organized. They always accommodate small request. I am visiting this location since one year. Highly recommend.

Mary Brown’s is a Newfoundland staple. Probably more than any other restaurant chain. Everytime I went I held it to those high standards. It’s founders are where I’m from. Now that I’m vegan, I’d love to campaign for plant based. KFC does a great job but I know Mary Brown’s would be unequivocally the best. Please pass request forward.
