Quality has gone downhill. Consistently bad food and the drinks are flat or stale. Over the past 3 years I've had food poisoning twice from this location, from bad mayo on the McChicken. All of my orders are from overnight shift, usually between midnight and 3 am.

Absolutely disgusting, and the manager is even more of a nightmare. Trying to blame UBER for the RESTAURANTS fault on messy presentation, missing items, hair in the food, burnt desserts.. overall terrible. Called to speak to the manager and she kept saying it was Ubers issue…. Uber certainly did not make the food. Poor management.

Ordered from here just now, 60$ order and they not only gave my wife the wrong burger, but it had a long nasty black hair inside of it. On top of that the pies we ordered were both burnt and the mcmuffins had undercooked eggs.. after calling to request some kind of replacement they decided it was uber's fault that they contaminated their product before the driver could even touch it and burnt/ undercooked their food. I have never been more disgusted by the lack of care of product or customer service in my life. Everything in this restaurant is cooked on a timer... how do you undercook eggs and burn pies (not to mention serve them after they're marked expired) and have the audacity to take zero accountability for it..?

Way better than the Clifton McDonald’s! Food is always fresh and hot and I swear the meat tastes better. I guess because it’s fresh. And when I get extra onions or pickles they rlly do add it and do me gooood. Good staff then

*edit* my Visa card was in fact charged. So on top of the issues, we had to deal with corporate/management to get credited back. The only way they could do that is if we go back to the store to get it. We opted for a gift card to be mailed. I will give credit to customer service/operations, we were offered vouchers and McDonald’s rewards points for all the trouble. And they were pleasant to deal with, very apologetic, and prompt in responding.
We placed an order through the mobile app at 10:45 AM and sat in your drive-through waiting with a very long lineup for over 15 minutes… Even though my card was charged I was told I could not have my order because it’s past 11 AM and you no longer offer that food. And it was 11am on the nose. How is it possible to make your customers wait 15-20 minutes for “fast food” that was ordered well in advance of the service commitment time, and then just simply refuse them. No apology, you just wasted my time and I left empty handed. This is completely unacceptable. The manager was rude, and refused to even offer us any food or alternative. Just a denial of service, and I’m supposed to trust her that my Visa card won’t actually be charged even though the receipt says paid and my Visa card has a charge pending. She says I won’t be charged. I highly doubt that. But we’ll see. Also when I asked for a managers business card, she refused and only provided me a receipt. How can you refuse people the right to escalate concerns?

Hey guys it’s Mori and I’m back in Winnipeg but I’m not really happy that my stuff was thrown into the bag like this and this is how I pulled it out. This is a hygiene issue! My food was exposed and not wrapped properly. I expect my food to be wrapped properly when handed to me. I’m spending about $10 altogether for two burgers and a large fries so this is a bit concerning. I understand you are a “fast food” restaurant but I came way before the dinner rush with 5 employees standing behind the counter and two managers who were very loud talking about non related work issues. Seeing as the restaurant was not very full at the time, I’ll give them that. To receive my order like this is absurd. As for my partner, his junior chicken was just thrown together as well. I just came back from Vancouver and the comparison between McDonald’s here is that it does not prioritize its quality or quantity. I expected a lot more than this experience.

Refused to take my order. I guess it's false advertising that they are open 24/7
