Quite possibly the slowest McDonald’s in the city.
Almost everytime I go in the drive through now they have me pulling in the parking lot to wait for my food. Yet my food isn’t even fresh when I get it? If you make me pull in the spot and wait for 8-10 minutes my food should be fresh.

Went through drive-thru tonight and we got Sprite no ice. I noticed a worker poured a clear liquid into our cup of sprite, I had assumed that they just poured the sprite into the wrong sized cup. Got home, tasted it and it's clear that they watered it down.

Went for a drive thru last night and cant even take my order properly, charged me wrong for my order and finally served me with old fries and old burger.... Staffs are speaking in their own language coz apparently the person who took my payment cant understand that they charged me the wrong order.... So yeah I think its time for a new management to take over.

Drive thru sucked. They can't even speak English or take an order properly. The next window was good, mocha was watery and undeniable after about 5 minutes, jr chickens were Yuck with a side order of brown, yuck lettuce and mayo that fell all over my beige purse and pants. This mcdonald's is always horrible. My friend always stops here because it's on our way out. Don't eat here!

Store mangager at night didn’t or refused to take responsibility for serving French fries served cold and left out an hour and still sent out dry and cold. Just said he only replace fries only if I came in at 11 pm.

Two weeks ago I would have given any McDonald's two or three stars. It's McDonald's. You know what it is. And then the Big Arch came out, and I am ADDICTED. So good.

Just stopped at this McDonald’s for some morning breakfast. FYI, they don’t serve people on a keto or carnivore or carb restricted diet. Our kind or not welcome there. I asked for four sausage patties very politely and was told no you can’t buy sausage patties. I told them I get them at every McDonald’s. They told me not this one. Silly I thought they were in the restaurant business trading food for money. I kindly informed her that this McDonald’s lost business for the rest of my life. No doubt that information will not get passed along to the manager, so that is why I wrote a review.
Dietary restrictions: Absolutely not they do not serve people on a carnivore keto or carb restricted diet here. This is a false claim. They only serve vegetarians and omnivores. I highly recommend they keep their ideology out of restaurant

The staff can barely speak English, and everything (especially the toilets) is VERY dirty and looks dangerous for the health in terms of sanitary conditions. That’s what you get when you hire TFWs or fake “international students” only from one country (yeah, what about diversity?). Absolutely not recommended—better to avoid this one. On the north side of the street, there’s a cleaner, tastier, and friendlier McDonald’s.

The night staff don’t understand English, I Oder 6 junior chicken but they can’t understand, need to hire new staff who knew English properly

McDonald’s service quality has gone way down, not only do you have to deal with obnoxious teens, but something has to be said about ordering meals and getting NO condiments and NO napkins ever, this is a practice that has to stop. Prices up service very poor and declining. Service is 1000 times better @ Burger King where condiments are Free and so are napkins. BK also has the Strawberry Sundae!!!
Parking: Always lots of parking no doubt due to the lack of service
