They havent gotten mine and my sons order correct a SINGLE time we've been here. They always forget something, change something or just mess up the whole meal. Would not recommend

Did a mobile order. Arrived and they claimed it wasnt paid for. My friend then paid a similar amount $9.53 to visa. It was then charged to my account $10.07 . When we confronted them on it, all they said was they do not refund the banks do that. My friend was scammed at this location.

How come no one ever says hello? They just stuff the debt machine in your face. It’s really off putting. Teach the window staff some communication skills and a little Camaraderie.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience ever! I sat at the drive-through screen with no one bothering to take my order. After what felt like forever, someone finally acknowledged me, and I ordered just an iced coffee and a Junior Chicken burger. Then came the real test of patience—I waited almost 20 minutes for my order! When they finally handed it to me, the staff was incredibly rude, and to top it off, they didn't even bother to put the Junior Chicken in a bag. Seriously, how hard is it to provide basic service? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

It's McDonald's. I mean what do you expect. But remember when fast food used to mean, convenience?
There's nothing convenient about having to run into the store after using the drive-thru only to find out your order is either wrong or missing items. There's nothing convenient about waiting 10 minutes for a simple order, with not a single other person in line while the employees are visibly just talking and hamming it up in the back.
Time after time after time this McDonald's is a letdown - I actually can't remember the last time everything went RIGHT with one of my orders. The drive-thru staff can't punch in an order right to save their lives, and their customers service is abysmal. Everytime I'm missing an item, or multiple; wether I paid for them or they downright forget to punch them in. I get wrong items, cold fries, watered down drinks.
Nobody cares, nobody pays attention. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on partridge from now on. Done with this location.
