The only thing they got right in the order was the fries which were still only filled 3/4 of the way. Never seem to get the customers orders right

This is what you call a medium portion of fries, and the staff were very rude. They were disrespectful to me, and after that it seems they even decided to make the portion smaller!!!

Its a fast food restaurant, so I only go when I have no other option preferring to make my own food: had a Big Mac 2 days ago, still paying for it with stomach problems - a good reminder why I don't eat them on a regular basis.

These people get nothing right. I’ve been living in this area for over a year and 9/10 the order is completely wrong. What a bunch of incompetent people. The managers should be utterly ashamed.

Lack of customer service I have never seen so much disrespect from employees like wow. I still see the same disrespectful employee who gave me the middle finger to me and my partner is still waiting there this McDonald needs a serious overhaul of its employees. But management will do nothing to fix the problem.

Used to enjoy this location but it has gone down hill. I had an interesting experience regarding a missing item.
I had repeatedly asked for my receipt before the order was handed over. (Gut feeling it would be wrong) I realized an item was missing and I stayed at counter to have it fixed with NO RECEIPT.
Bur I had some lady who I assume was management demanding me to log into my banking app to show proof of payment and how much spent.
So I could finally get a receipt.
It was busy and thinking back I should have refused as I stated which kiosk I purchased it from.
As a former server and food service worker that is highly unprofessional.

I have viewed all reviews of this branch and it seems all same bad quality of food preparations! They dont follow standards anymore . They should close this branch, no hope for this branch, ruining the name of Mcdonalds.
This is the food we recieved. This not the first time . We ordered quarter pounder double cheese sent without cheese lol plus the depressing onion pickles and ketchup

Our McFlurry's sat for 5 minutes before we were served so they were beginning to melt and had a soupy texture. I informed the manager and all he had to say was sorry. The place was full of litter outside and the transients were stationed right outside the door, trying to hustle up every person for change on the way in and out. Very intimidating and I won't be going back again to this location because if that and the unfriendly, no smile service we got. Seems like just a paycheck to everyone that worked in this location to anyone that observed. I remember. T first job working at a McDonald's (Keewatin location when it first opened up) and the first thing you were told to do was smile and greet the customer like a friend...with the way I was greeted, you would think I was Melania Trump and my orange husband was with me for the chilly reception we got 🥶 iced out doesnt even cut it when describing how unfriendly these staff members are and have been for some time. Someone from headquarters will hopefully see this so they'll able to have a look for themselves and correct it by retraining or replacing such dismal service. This is not what McDonald's aims to put out as far as customer service goes. All y'all needed was for it to rain inside this restaurant and you would have a complete list checked off ✔️ for depression right there. You can and should do better!!!
