This location sucks. Reporting issues sucks.

You can see my orders on my account, the last three times I come here my order is missing the bacon on everything that's supposed to have bacon on it.

3 quater pounders blt inna row now with no bacon.
Chicken bacon ranch wrap no bacon

Won't return it's obvious the entire middle Eastern staff won't prepare bacon.

IM HEARTLESS

Staff fast n friendly, BUT every table was dirty, i had to ask to get 1 cleaned and all garbage cans were over flowing, yall can't be that busy to avoid cleaning regularly as people have to sit in there to eat and it was as cold inside as it was outside. Poor management.

It was extremely busy, and staff didn't seem concerned we waited 10 to 12 minutes to get food.
They ran out of eggs mid morning, until someone ran in with some.

I understand that expectations for fast food aren’t particularly high, but my experience at this McDonald’s was disappointing, even for a quick-service establishment. I spent $25 on my order, which included a Happy Meal and a McChicken besties meal, and encountered several issues:
• The cheeseburger in the Happy Meal had no cheese, despite being ordered with cheese and ketchup only.
• The McChicken meal was missing one of the two small fries that were supposed to come with it.
• The lettuce in the McChicken was wilted, and the fries were cold, even though the restaurant had just been through a rush when they should have been fresh.

Additionally, I observed staff responding to another customer’s concerns with defensiveness rather than problem-solving. This approach lacked professionalism and didn’t inspire confidence in raising my own concerns, so I chose not to.

As someone who works in retail, I understand the importance of addressing customer issues constructively and believe this team could benefit from retraining to better meet service standards. While I’ve explained to my daughter that we won’t be returning to this location, I hope management considers this feedback as an opportunity for improvement.

They don't have a Flippin cashier so it takes up to 2 minutes js to pay for my order plus I had mcdonalds monopoly coupons on my phone and they said "we don't take them anymore" I looked it up and they still have them till the 25th

Went to drive thru and who’s taking orders kept telling me to drive ahead when I wasn’t done ordering. Shouldn’t be working if your just gonna cut off people when they are done ordering.
