They never get my bagel right, i got my 2nd bagel THIS YEAR because ive stopped coming due to these consistent mess ups, my bread went bad so I decided to give it another chance and treat myself to mcdonalds breakfast. I dont want the egg normally but I stopped saying no egg because it always came with it anyway. This time I ordered a Plain BLT bagel with no edits. Simple. I actually got a Sesame Seed BREAKFAST BAGEL with sausage. I wont eat that. And my sausage mcgriddle with no egg came with cheese, those do not come with cheese. I peeled the cheese off and ate that first and shrugged it off. This bagel thing though really ticked me off. I'm not going back to replace it, and im not phoning because im done playing this game, an apology and a credit doesnt put a blt bagel in my hands right now. i will write off the 10 dollars and not try again.

Today at 1:50 PM I visited this location to get a coffee and a Happy Meal for my child. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for my order, and the monitors were not working, which was already inconvenient.
However, what shocked me the most was the complete lack of hygiene and professionalism among the staff. None of the employees were wearing caps or hairnets. Several women were working with their hair loose, even in the kitchen. At 1:54, a young woman came in from outside with a backpack and loose hair and walked straight into the kitchen.
Additionally, the female staff were working with long manicured nails, without gloves. One of them handled food with her bare hands — and I have no idea if she even washed them. This is unacceptable. On top of that, the kitchen was in complete disorder. I saw staff scratching their heads and touching their hair while working.
This is absolutely disgusting and shows a serious lack of hygiene standards. It makes me question whether this restaurant follows any food safety regulations at all. Honestly, I do not even want to return here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s drive-through at midnight. Despite placing my order and waiting at the payment window, there was no staff. I drove to the next two windows, but still no one. I waited at the last window for a long time, but no one responded. I returned to the first window, but still no one. An employee inside saw me twice but ignored me. Finally, a staff member brought my food, but another scolded her in front of me. It was chaotic and disrespectful. This wasn’t the quick service I expected from McDonald’s. It felt disorganized. I won’t repeat this experience.

Just stopped in for a quick coffee and snack. Table had something sticky on it that got on my hands, bathroom didn't have paper towels, and the hand dryers weren't working. It's 10:30am and not overly busy, but it doesn't look like any cleaning has happened recently. Coffee's fine, muffins are meh.

Had an amazing young man jaiden at the counter, super friendly, always smiling laughing with other customers and overall being friendly. our food took a little wait but was tasty at the end.
