What did I find in my chicken nugget…
So I went to McDonald’s after school today and my order was 10 McNuggets and a large fries, which cost 21$! When I got home I proceeded to eat while I was on call with my friend. I was halfway done until I see a random, thick, small black string in my chicken nugget!… I am completely disgusted and annoyed. Never eating from this specific McDonald’s again! Say bye to your usual!

Twice in the last month I've gone through the drive-thru on my way to work and ordered an XL Coffee, with 1 hashbrown reward from the app and an extra hashbrown on the side. BOTH TIMES I only received 1 hashbrown and had to call the restaurant to have my name taken down and order corrected at a later date. It's honestly just exhausting that this has become the expectation of McDonald's in Winnipeg, especially the few in the St James area

I came here with my family and grandkids. My grandson had a chicken nuggets happy meal for dinner. In the happy meal he received the usual yogurt tube. I went to the counter and asked if we could substitute the yogurt for apple slices as my grandson has a dairy allergy. The supervisor informs me that they can not do that. They can only substitute the fries foe apples slices. That I can toss the yogurt out as it is no charge due to it being part of the meal. We'll we paid for the meal so it isnt free. I said so my grandson dont get a treat with his meal and she said no. If you have a family member with a dairy allergy dont go to this mcdonals. Its the only one I been to so far that wont do a substitute for an allergy
I ordered ice coffee with very light ice and 2extra cream added. And a LG fries with ketchup and pepper. My ice coffee very dark brown at the drive thru window. I requested extra cream and still dark brown. My fries were cold no ketchup nor pepper in the bag. They staff were speaking in their own language. From the drive thru it takes me less than a min to arrive to work. Not impressed with the food being cold and a dark ice coffee. When I arrived to work I had to add some cream to my beverage from McDonald’s on ness ave. I threw out the fries cold and stalled taste.

For the numerous times I've been here, it's never been organized, whether there are 3 orders or 30 the staff are loudly communicating, it sounds high stress and frantic. Order accuracy awful, modifications ignored. Today, I'm not sure why I got a handful of McChicken sauce with my breakfast order... 🤷♂️

Drive thru is messed up. I got charged for an order that is supposed to be for another customer. Found out after, when i checked my bank acct. The manager tried to fix it but failed. Ask for a receipt or check the amount before you tap.
