This is the third time this particular McDonalds screwed up my order. I asked for no cheese or tartar sauce on my fillet of fish. The cheese was melted into the bun. I asked for no salt on my fries. They came with salt. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I got a McChicken meal. I asked for a McDouble with cheese. It came with no cheese. I don’t think I will be going back to this one.

Food was hot. I had to wait a few extra minutes and I was the only one in the drive thru. But it was chicken I ordered so I need to respect food safety. Hot honey chicken sandwich. I find the prices at these styles of McDonalds are a little more. Possibly franchise idk. But hey they were there when I needed a quick bite. So thank you.

I had the worst Mcdonalds experience today on this Branch at ness ave. We have this coupon for free BIGMAC Or Chicken Burger? We are 5 in the Car to avail 5 per person. The staff asked us to do it in side the store instead of drive thru as they can only do 2 per transaction. Just to make it more sense we do in-store purchase to avail this free coupon. When we get into the store the rude manager approach me and saying we cannot use the 5 coupon as they can only do 2 per transaction. I told him we are 5 people here in the store so it will be per transaction as written at the back of the coupon. This scammmer manager(Jan 20, 2024 around 4pm- I forgot to get his name coz im super frustrated with his service) doesnt want us to do the transaction without purchasing anything which is not written in the coupon. So I decided to buy 1 large fries but this manager say" you need to purchase something per coupon" all I can say is "WOW" it feels like we got scammed. He keeps on talking that he knows everything about the coupon and arguing with me and keep on talking while the customer is talking.(poor customer service as a manager). So what we did as I am with the seniors ages 54 to 60 stepped down from the car on a super cold weather just to avail the free coupon that we got is I bought 5 fries just to get the transaction done. This is trully feels like we got scammed -worst experience ever. If he did it in purpose or he is wrong. I will file a legal action for sure by doing that with the seniors today!

Terrible service, rude staff, waited for one coffee for 15min while we had already got the rest of our meal and ate it, still no coffee. Yes, it was a cappuccino, but so was the other one. We got together with our order and when we complained where we were meant with a rude attitude. I don't expect much from my McDs experience. But this one did not have an enjoyable atmosphere or adequate service.

The burgers are always cooked haphazardly, and you have to wait a long time for your order. Sometimes I wait 7-10 minutes for one coffee. You have to ask for elements of things.The tables are dirty.
