The play area was so dirty at 1pm today there was slices of pizza inside the tunnel my daughter said. And pieces of food in the entrance to crawl in. The tables were so dirty we wiped with a baby wipes disgusting who ever cleans that place does a horrible job I thought notordame play place was bad. This one's disgusting.

Food is ok. Had mold on one of my breakfast burritos though, but it was replaced. Service is slow, took ten minutes to get my one apple pie and a large coke I had to fill myself. Lot's of bugs flying around. Oddly enough not the worst McDonald's I've been to.

If I could give a rating of zero, I would! The service is extremely awful, no customer service given whatsoever. Not only that, the time it takes to get your food in the drive thru is so slow, ruining the whole point of it being “fast” food. And the most disappointing part is how unsanitary the staff are, how can u be fixing your hair and touching parts of your face and then proceed to handle food?

The soda machine is disgusting! When you’re standing from the pick up counter, you can see how dirty the walls of the fryers are. Baked goods cabinet doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned. It is gross. And we are here at 9:00 am. Aren’t they supposed to clean up before opening?

Washroom is not clean. Tap broken. No hand driers working. Even no soap.
Average drive thru experience. But, the waiting time was like a couple of seconds, they prepare it so fast!

If you are going to be open late at night with minimal staff at least make sure they are competent enough to run the place with that amount of staff. Saw three cars drive away with no order because no one took our order. Will happily take my business to the other Mcdonalds owner in Winnipeg. Also waited for 15 minutes in total. 5 at the machine and then 10 behind the only car in drive thru that had their order taken when trying to leave to go elsewhere. Waste of my time. Take your business elsewhere.
