Poor experience.i buy kids meal (Happy meal) by drive through.they put cold chicken nuggets in meal.my kid complained for this one.i went back in person right way then staff provided me hot ones and no apologies.

Always stop here to try their fresh food and sit there for bit and spend some time with my friends. Nice and quiet place quick service. Washrooms need to pay little attention otherwise everything is fine. Sometimes they handed old and soggy fries but they instantly changed if you request nicely ?. STAFF is friendly. Location is pretty good and they have enough parking space l. Highly recommended. Keep it up everyone . Good wishes

Order a chicken burger for my girlfriend. Told them about 5 times It needs to be plain with cheese. I live 45 mins out of town and was in a big rush to get home and the drive through was way to busy to stop and check. Get home and this thing is drenched in mayo. So much for plain.

Let me paint a picture of my recent visit to McDonald's, a tale of shattered hopes and dashed dreams. I strolled in with a craving for a creamy milkshake, the kind that momentarily transports you to a place of sweet bliss. But alas, my excitement quickly turned to dismay as I was informed that, once again, their shake machine was out of commission. It's like a cruel joke, a cosmic conspiracy to deny me of life's simple pleasures. How many times must I endure this heartache?The sad truth is, this McDonald's seems to have a special talent for disappointing its patrons. Whether it's the perpetually broken shake machine, the lukewarm fries, or the consistently wrong orders, it's like they've perfected the art of customer dissatisfaction. And don't even get me started on the lackluster service. The employees shuffle around with all the enthusiasm of zombies in a B-grade horror movie, utterly indifferent to the plight of their customers.It's high time someone shook things up (pun intended) at this establishment. Maybe invest in some quality equipment that doesn't break down every other day, or perhaps provide training that goes beyond the bare minimum. Until then, consider me a reluctant patron, forced to look elsewhere for my milkshake fix. McDonald's, you've let me down once again.

I had coupon of free McFlurry and store manager denied that it doesn’t work on this store. That coupon is use for canada wide McDonald’s.I even used this kinda coupon 2 weeks ago at same store and now they says it doesn’t work on this store. Nowhere on coupon it says the specific location.Very Bad service.

Where do I even start. This McDonald’s has become a joke over the years. I had got their promotion last month. $25 gift card and get free Big Mac. One day I paid for it and waited well over 25 minutes for a coupon. Gurpreet the manager informed me to just come back and they will give me a free sandwich. I came back today and had informed Jasleen the manager. Let me tell you from someone who has worked for customer service for well over a decade and is still in the people business. How she handled the situation was so unprofessional. Denied me my promise, thankfully there was an employee I recognized and she had helped me out by letting Jasleen know what happened. Jasleen looking upset grabbed a bag, took a Big Mac that was already cold and gave me the bag. As soon as she gave me the bag she was giving me dirty looks. I then informed her about my fullOrder that I’ve been waiting on. I got my orders in different times so the food wasn’t fresh as I wanted. I eat in the restroom so I noticed right away that it wasn’t fresh. I had requested for ketchup prior and Jasleen then made a comment saying “ I should take away the Big Mac for all the ketchup you want. I do not feel comfortable being judged the way I eat my food and what I put in it. I asked for new fries and she looked shocked that I did that. my fries didn’t even burn my finger, no steam no nothing gave me old fries thinking I wouldn’t say anything. I have my whole order back and requested if it can be made fresh and she argued with me about it. While waiting for my order I got myself a drink or orange fruitopoa. She took it of the counter and threw it out. Then pretended that she didn’t do anything wrong. This is so caught on video by your cameras. Also the lobby was dirty, tables had junk on top not wiped or cleaned, garbage is all full and smells. Floors were slippers I almost slipped(also caught on camera) I informed Jayleen. About the lobby situation and she didn’t do anything. I feel disgusted eating here. Please fix ketchup so people like myself who enjoy it don’t get judged by the workers. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t understand how dirty this place is.
