Bad service girl is full with attitude first said wait their screens restarting After ordering from mobile she said second window then next go to next window and when customer get mad just knock their window for waiting from last 25minutes in window for order she just came give order and said their is no reason to be getting mad. Everytime I go here its poor customer service, dont bother to come if you dont want to get frustrated. McDonalds at Walmart is only less than 15 minute walk and McDonalds at Mcphillips and Main St are also very close I suggest going there.

Gave me a wrong drink and my large fries is filled half and my junior chicken burger has no sauce
Extremely filthy, from the washrooms, to the garbage bins, to the seats/tables. No one bothers to maintain cleanliness. There are random panhandlers and drunk people that come in to cause disturbance. Drive-thru is prioritized first which causes the service in the restaurant to slow down a lot.

The worst service. The line at night takes 10 minutes at the speaker for one car. They close one lane each night but have it open throughout the day just so they can keep it under the time limit. This is fast food not a sit down restaurant.
