My negative experience at this location.
Once, I placed an order through the mobile app. It was confirmed, and I was instructed to pull up to window #1. I pulled up and waited for about 4 minutes, but the cashier completely ignored me. Then, without even greeting me, he told me to move forward.
Today, I ordered two hot chocolates for my kids and a latte for myself. At the second window, I was asked to wait. I said I didn’t have time, and they told me they would try to prepare it quickly. After about 3 minutes, they brought out only one hot chocolate instead of two, then walked away and disappeared.
I waited another 3 minutes and eventually had to leave without the second hot chocolate, even though I had already paid for it, as I was running late for my kids’ practice.
But that’s not all. When my daughter started drinking it, it didn’t taste like hot chocolate at all. The taste and color were more like watered-down, colored water.

Drive through experience was crazy. Had to repeat order 3 times and kept getting 2 bacon McMuffin meals confused for 2 sausage McMuffin meals. Then the 2 orange juices had to be repeated 4 times… food was typical McDonald’s good and all. Then .. drove away with no straws. It’s hard eating at McDonald’s these days and usually don’t write a bad review until I get bad service multiple times.

The food was awesome and fresh. The Coca Cola I got was so bland like it had been sitting there for more than 30 mins the carbonation was gone. Not a great visit for McDonalds. Everytime I go here its poor customer service, dont bother to come if you dont want to get frustrated. McDonalds at Walmart is only less than 15 minute walk and McDonalds at Mcphillips and Main St are also very close I suggest going there.
