Went through the drive thru after my shift at 2:45am I understand it’s late night. I used to work overnights at McDonald’s when I was in high school.

The person who took my order kept getting it wrong often had to repeat myself which isn’t common as I work in hospitality I speak clearly and precisely. Was a mcchicken meal and hockey hero burger meal.

I’m behind the other car for about 3 minutes I pay and an asked to park. That is fine with me I’m assuming the meals will be made fresh. This is what my manager had me do when I worked at McDonald’s.

Waited about 15 minutes food came out, during the period of waiting I see skip drivers coming in and multiple cars serviced… I received food and ate about 5 minutes later. Not fresh at all buns hard fries cold. I’m honestly so hungry I ate the patties and threw the rest in the garbage. My girlfriend also didn’t enjoy her food.

All in all just annoyed that I waited 15 minutes for some mediocre food. But hey the hockey stick is cool I guess.

We come to this location often and always receive excellent service. They're always cleaning and making sure the play area is good. I received above and beyond service today from Shristi. She was so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond. It's so nice to have that sort of service and she deserves 10 stars for all that she did for me and my children. Thank you Shristi!

I visited the McDonald’s at 1725 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg on March 1st, 2026 around 2135 Hours, and had one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. While my partner was walking to refill her drink, two employees — a male staff member wearing a turban and a female staff member of East Indian background — made loud, derogatory comments clearly intended for her to hear. Their behaviour was disgusting, unprofessional, and humiliating. When I looked at them, they smiled at each other as if it was a joke.

This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to harassment or disrespect inside a restaurant. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident and expect McDonald’s to take clear disciplinary action against the employees involved.

This location urgently needs better staff training, supervision, and accountability. I hope management takes this seriously so no one else has to go through such an experience.

It's very often a chaotic environment, with a definite reduction in food & service quality compared to other McDonald's. The play place is fun for children, and that is appreciated. But absolutely avoid this place on weekend nights, waiting ~20 minutes for a burger is not uncommon. Patties dry from too long cooking or heat lamp sitting. Just not well run.

Managers do not know how to speak with their employees. I was there and listened how they targeting only one employee during busy time on friday. That’s not good environment for employees whose working there… sad to see this kind of environment in Canada.

The atmosphere is not good at the place. The manager is shouting on other workers for no reason. I see a manager name alex was really rude to his employees and stare at customers as well. The management have to do something.
