Got breakfast at around 10:40AM. Plenty of employees. Cashier didn't know what was going on. One guy (tatted), assuming he is the manager was bouncing around correcting orders at the till, kitchen and bagging area. Not afraid to pushhis team to do better and I see a few of the employees just smiling and not taking this seriously. Get that man some help or pay him 10xhigher cause he was doing everyone's job.

I finally gave up on time hortons and started to go to mcdonalds on kenaston. I've been there 10 times now and have come to the realization this location is no better then tims. They can never get my order correct, you waite in drive through early in the morning for several minutes befor anyone acknowledges you are even there when I was the only car in line. I'm sorry but the communication with customers for the most part is terrible! Congradulations Mcdonalds on matching the poor service of tim hortons!

has to be the worst McDonald's in winnipeg.....drive thru ....you always get parked and wait for your food forever.....they give you your ice cream first but then you watch it melt as you are waiting for the rest of your food.....no organization at all...last time i go there

I ordered food for done in but they pack it for take out. The person just said order number and I told them it’s for dine in. She said nothing at all and just put tray there. No thank you sorry nothing. I get it it’s fast food but do people really don’t know how to speak in customer service. And yes they do have flies landing on their donuts that’s just disgusting.
