Ordered our food via drive thru, went to do second window for pickup and they informed us they were making fresh gravy, so it’ll be a few mins, ok that’s fine with us asking as we g egg fresh fries too. Went to reserved window and 5 mins later we got our food. Pretty efficient service at this location!

I ordered a burger here and was really disappointed with the quality. The sandwich was poorly put together cheese not melted, patties stacked messily, and overall looked unappetizing. For a place like McDonald’s, I expect at least a basic level of consistency and care in how the food is prepared. Definitely not worth the price I paid. Hoping management improves quality control at this location. Thank you .

We pulled in for a coffees (6) through drive thru and they didn’t make any coffee right I sent my daughters in to get them corrected as I felt this issue could easily be resolved but they were handed a small coffee cup filled with cream and 5 sugar packets that I actually had to have them run to Tim Hortons across the street for more sugar as the McDonalds staff didn’t feel we needed anymore. I will NEVER return to this restaurant. They couldn’t even fix the problem and basically made it our problem because we weren’t happy with the coffee. Pretty sad that a company that didn’t even take our original service was more helpful and kind than where the money went.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s while picking up a SkipTheDishes order. I waited over 25 minutes, clearly holding a large Skip delivery bag, yet the staff completely ignored me the entire time. When I finally spoke up, instead of acknowledging the delay, they blamed me for not “notifying them” that I was there for Skip — even though it was obvious. It felt like they had no sense of urgency or accountability, and the lack of basic communication was extremely frustrating. This kind of service makes the job harder for delivery drivers and creates a bad experience for everyone involved. Hands down this has to be the WORST POSSIBLE LOCATION in winnipeg. I would strongly recommend people to take their business elsewhere.
Very little care given to in store customers- 10 to 1 service- 10 drive through to 1 in store. A real insult-why would you serve cars before people waiting-at least do it in order received
