Very little care given to in store customers- 10 to 1 service- 10 drive through to 1 in store. A real insult-why would you serve cars before people waiting-at least do it in order received

Fix your espresso machine it’s been months. Somehow your morning drive through fell to trash the past months and you’ve become slower then the Tim hormones across the street. 10 minutes for 5 cars are you kidding?

Been to this one a few times never once have they given me food out the windows always have to wait for food, at what point do you loose the right to call yourself fast food, the food is fine just getting tired of always waiting for them 5 minutes plus to get food

Took 20 minutes for three breakfast sandwiches, 2 cars got their food before us and they pulled up at least 5 minutes later than us
Asked pass through girl distinctively to make sure sauce in bag for 3 Breakfast burritoes. 10 miles down highway and there was none. Hate to complain but we stop there 2-3 week and very disappointed, especially after asking staff to check

The staff are not focused and the orders are incorrect. When I order in the drive through I feel like I have to repeat my order several times because teenagers are laughing in the background. I am often parked to the side to wait for my food, sometimes for over 10 minutes, which seems unreasonable.
