The atmosphere is always strange either filled with people having large gatherings or there are 1 or 2odd people lurking in here. The orders are wrong a lot of the time kind of poor even of a mc Donald's.
The staff is extremely rude.
Horrific, I got an apple shake but it was vanilla and then I went in to get an apple shake and they gave me another vanilla and told me it’s supposed to taste and look like vanilla. They should be shut it this instant.
We ordered from the drive through around 3 at night and she was really pissed when we ordered and didn’t make the coffee as we wanted. Really frustrating.
To expensive same price as a actually restaurant
“Had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s while picking up a DoorDash order late at night. The staff member on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited for 30 minutes only to be told that the Filet-O-Fish was out of stock—something they could have mentioned right away. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the employee was dismissive and rude. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a busy location. Management needs to address this issue and train their staff to handle customers with respect.”
Bad bad bad experience
I ordered two large fries at this location on February 14, 2025 around 2 pm, they gave me two almost half filled fries
If someone is paying extra money to order large fries I think at least they deserve to get value for their money back.
Try considering the amounts of food you give
I didn’t pay for only large packet but large amount of fries as well

Tried to use my reward points at the drive thru, the girl said you code is invalid? I said well then why do I have 10,000 points less on my app right now?
Drove up to the window an a mgr on duty said your code did not work, but I’ll only charge you $1.28 and it’s like getting it free?????! Okay, where are my points then? I’m not sure she said but just pay the $1.28 and it’s like you’re getting it for free……. No, your system took 10,000 of my points just now.
Very frustrating, no communication, no understanding & could care less about my missing points!

went there before there was anybody in the store ordered our food took at least 30 minutes for our food to come and we were there first and many people got their orders before us and there was plastic in my friends bagel horrible service. This is supposed to be fast food this was slow food.

Their system wouldn't accept my app code at the order box, or after at the window. I showed it on my phone at the window clear as day.
Manager refused to offer the Jets gameday sandwich offer citing no code provided. When in fact it was provided, and not accepted by this location / staff / system.
I get that technology fails sometimes, but typically a manager would... manage? Do the right thing & manually change the price so it's correct.
As it stood, the drive thru got held up, my food got cold, and I had to wait an extra 1-2 mins for them to print my receipt (which I'd asked for in advance upon refusal of my app code)
10/10 won't be back at this location.
I finally gave up on time hortons and started to go to this mcdonalds . I've been there 10 times now and have come to the realization this location is no better then tims. They can never get my order correct, you waite in drive through early in the morning for several minutes befor anyone acknowledges you are even there when I was the only car in line. I'm sorry but the communication with customers for the most part is terrible! Congradulations Mcdonalds on matching the poor service of tim hortons!
