Every time we come with our family on vacation, we stop here to eat. The service is very high, we are always satisfied. And many thanks to the manager of this restaurant, Maria. She made our day better)

I've experienced consistent disappointment with the service at this store (1251 portage ave ), especially during late-night visits. A lady staff member has displayed rudeness, from ignoring my order at the drive-thru to purposefully hiding at the window. Additionally, there have been instances of very rude behavior while delivering food from this crew member . This unprofessional conduct is disheartening and impacts the overall experience. I hope the management takes swift action to address these concerns and enhance customer service.

I live in between this and the Portage and Maryland location. I refer to this franchise as the "good McDonald's". Although the other one has improved a great deal since the renovations, and it's actually quite a bit closer to me, I still prefer this McDonalds...it's just comfortable to eat there, staff are patient and friendly and the fresh(er) food always keeps me coming back for more.

Drive thru staff rude and unfriendly. When being handed my food, the bags were shoved into my hands by the manager, who then said “have a nice day” in the rudest tone ever.

What is more of the nicer McDonald's restaurants that I've been to. Food was pretty good I will be back.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap spot would have been okay since I do need a spot like that. But there was someone parked there that didn't even have a handicap plaque.
