I suggest not coming here. The restaurant is dirty and feels designed to be as hostile as possible to sit-down customers.
- Tables and floors are filthy. - Garbage cans are overflowing. - No ketchup, no napkins available in the drinks area. Big warning signs reminding people of limits on free refills. - When I asked for ketchup packets, I got a handful that was oozing with honey (???) - Self-serve order machines are filthy and out of paper for receipts. Attached hand sanitizer pumps are empty. - Security cameras pointing to the restaurant seating area, and they display the live feed of you eating on a TV. Very creepy and dystopian. - They’ve removed the seats from the stools in some areas to prevent people from sitting, leaving a metal rod poking up from the floor. - Bathrooms are locked. - Wifi isn’t working. - The food itself was fine. Not exactly the “freshest” McDonalds, but was warm-ish and not too stale either.
If you have to stop here for food, do yourself a favour and use the drive-through.

Went through drive thru and ordered the grinch meal...got home and had ice cold fries and mostly hollow chicken....for a 20 meal it should be hot and fresh...thanks again osborne mcdonalds for the shitty food

Don't blame this review on the lunch rush. My visit was at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. One car in the drive there was nobody in the restaurant. All the garbages are full. The drink station was absolutely disgusting. All the floors are dirty. All the tables are dirty. The manager of this McDonald's needs to be replaced. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever seen.

Got home and one box had no cheeseburger
The other had half as much fries
Together it was barely more than one happy meal
Can't explain how this is not deliberate and a mistake

Ordered skip the dishes, food came pretty quickly. However everything was cold, the drinks had no syrup just nasty carbonated water. Called to ask for a new order was told to contact skip to sort it out. Can't understand why mcdonalds keeps promoting people who don't eat beef to be managers..pretty redundant if you ask me. Somehow them not noticing there drink machine needs to be refilled or them serving garbage quality food even for McDonald's standards is skips fault. Manager then said she tried the rootbear and it was good someone must of changed it she said. I couldn't help but laugh that she's the manager and didn't notice her drink machine was empty and didn't notice one of her employees changed the syrup. Atmosphere was great cause again I ordered skip and was in the comfort of my own home. Anyways q'd at 25 on skip for asking for a replacement because mcdonalds skirts responsibility.
