Here the milkshakes flow like noble draughts, the nuggets are bestowed as if by decree of crown and council, and the fries arrive with stately crispness. Nevertheless, this McDonald’s is haunted.
It's a newly renovated McDonalds. They are the only McDonalds that charge an excessive amount for condiments. No clue how they are able to do that when comparing prices and its other McDonald’s. Staff is friendly, but it seems like either the management or ownership nickel and dime customers. McDonalds is not hurting, stop charging for condiments!
Ordered a Big Mac and got like 4 pieces of lettuce, fries were also stale and had no salt, not the first time I’ve ordered from here and had bad bad fries but the Big Mac w the lettuce is a first lol. So weird

A standard McDonald's for food quality. However, this location always messes up part of my order no matter who is working. I have lost count of the times I have ordered my son's burger with no pickles or onions and received one with more than is standard on a McDouble.

An ordinary McDonald's, nothing particularly remarkable, everything is average. The staff is polite but not very. I can't say that it is clean but not so dirty either. Somehow everything is average. But if you compare it with other establishments of this brand, it is not the worst place. Sometimes they forget to add syrup to the Cold Coffee and there is nothing to eat for a vegetarian.

My coffee was not good double double with espresso
Thank you for getting my order wrong twice! I came back to rectify an order that DID NOT contain the food that was ordered, only for them to give me a second wrong order, paid twice for things I didn't receive. Although I am a gluten for punishment, I won't be returning.
I asked for a glass of water and they asked me to make a purchase. I have been to other mcdonalds as well they never ask u to make a purchase

Absolutely horrible customer service and staffing. I show up at 11:30 pm and there is a 15 minute wait. It wasn’t in a rush, they were just taking 4 minutes per car. I ordered a snack sized chocolate milkshake, waited the deceptively long wait time considering there was only two cars in front of me, and pulled up to the window. The lady running the drive through hold the machine up without asking what my order is, and I pay. She then asks “Big Mac meal with a sweet tea” or something along those lines (I can’t remember exactly). I tell her no, I ordered a snack sized chocolate milkshake, and she says “oopsies” and runs off. I already feel a little guilty because there are cars behind that have had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time; I’m starting to understand why each order is taking 4 minutes. She eventually comes back with a large milkshake and so I assume it is some sort of compensation for getting my order wrong or something (how wrong I was).
I drive off as the drive through lady snickers to her coworker and ignore the sinking feeling in my chest. I then check my credit card and see that she charged me for the entirety of the Big Mac meal and drink (it was close to 11$) for my original order which was 2$. I can’t even drink the large milkshake, and even if I wanted it, it’s 5.40$, I could have gotten two for the price I was charged.
I apologize for the rant but this is not a singular issue, it is the accumulation of many small things this location has done (made me wait 20 minutes for a sausage McMuffin at 10 in the morning, and made me witness a full blown manager meltdown as the manager used manipulation tactics to attempt to get their employees to work while I waited 10 minutes to ask for a bathroom key are two examples that come to mind, but there are many more).
I’m not sure why I keep coming here and expecting better results, like Sisyphus pushing his boulder up the hill. Anyways, I hope someone reads this and feels vindicated in their rage, or the CEO of McDonalds reads this and shuts the restaurant down, I would appreciate that. Or a refund of my order (I’m more than happy to pay the 2 dollars plus tax for my snack sized chocolate milkshake). Thank you, and have a good day.

Worst McDonald's ever. Worst management team ever, staffs won't communicate with each other. They gave the items of your order by different time with different staffs. Once a staff give one bag for you, your order will be gone in their system. They will only recognize there are things being missed after you ask. They can't even manage to give you your fountain cup. It shouldn't categorized as Fast-food, this is some what calls slow-food, take forever to wait for your order.

Yeah love this place actually was changed with a commercial break and enter when I was caught red handed by police hanging out of the drive thru window trying to bust into the cash register not my fault the employee had abandoned their post in some situations that's a court marshall and dishonorable discharge...

The Indian employee is very rude and unprofessional. We’ve visited multiple times, but every encounter with him is marked by his discourteous behavior and lack of understanding toward customers, which is truly unacceptable. On the other hand, the other staff members are very good. Because this has happened so many times, I will leave a one-star rating. This is truly a place I love to visit, except for his unprofessional and discourteous behavior.
