Placed an order at the drive thru for two Happy meals with hot cakes today, but they don’t have the fries when I opened after returning back home and it has happened a couple times before also. The staff is friendly though.

Went to this specific restaurant yesterday evening at around 6:30pm with my child & witnessed the Macdonalds team in the back cheering & congratulating each other. The atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing & assistant manager Mahkreet(hope I spelled that right) she came around to ask if our food was okay & it was.

WORST service. Waited 20 whole damn minutes for my food. Staff was rude when asked how long. My year old daughter is freaking out because of how long she had to wait sitting there. This is a FAST FOOD restaurant. Why am I waiting 20 damn minutes. AVIOD this mcdonalds on Portage ave !!

Placed my order from the self order board and waited...and waited...and waited! Ten minutes later I received my order of a wrap, a deluxe cheeseburger and two orders of leathery cold french fries. Sad. Went to get ketchup and they had no cups for the ketchup so I had to ask for something to put ketchup in. The girl search around and eventually gave me two containers for ketchup. Please do yourself a favor; if you like fast service and decent food, this is NOT the place for you.

Was ignored while waiting to place an order. Asked if there was someone working the front. They said she'll be right there. Walked past me several times wouldn't reply. I think they need someone there working that's over 17

Holy moly we will not be visiting this location again. Placed a curbside order, waited twenty minutes for it - asked the employee about it, who knew nothing of it and had to ask what we ordered. Fine, mistakes happen. Finally get our food, and nuggets are cool and stale - emailed franchisee so they were aware. Kiddo had to pee, went inside to use washroom - need key to access. They grant us access and the bathroom is disgusting - piles of garbage and clothing on the change table, dirty toilets, toilet paper dispensers empty while the full industrial rolls sit on the dirty bathroom floor. Walls of bathroom stalls dripping in white gunk, god knows what that is. Sink is drenched and dirty. If they are only granting access to customers, how infrequently are they cleaning the facilities? And what does that mean for the cleanliness of the kitchen?! Stay away.

9/10 times no one is at the front counter and they take about 5-10 minutes for someone to come take your order. Shouldn’t you guys have someone at the counter all the time ?
Food is always made fresh and prepped properly for me every time I come to this McDonald’s! The only down side though is that I’ve lost track how many times iv been to this McDonald’s and ended waiting 30 - 40min for my food EVERY TIME!!!

This is the crappiest McDonald’s in Winnipeg. The workers are crappy the tables aren’t cleaned. Nobody pays attention to you out front. It’s horrible. This used to be such a nice McDonald’s!!!
