The food here is consistently good and I have never had a problem with it. However, the place is often packed, and orders are left on the side for long periods of time or a wrong. There are also no refills at this location. I would recommend visiting here for quick takeout, but there are definitely better McDonald's in the city.

I have to say - this particular McDonalds location has been consistently disappointing. More often than not, I don't realize until I get home that some part of my order is missing. And the parts that aren't missing are lazily thrown together.
The most egregious error was when I ordered a 6 pack of chicken nuggets for my son - inside the nugget box were ZERO chicken nuggets, and a puddle of what looked like Big Mac sauce.
Sry but the service sucks, and the food sucks. Do better.
Vegetarian options: Wish there were more!

I don't understand how fast food takes 15 minutes of waiting to get. Having to pay full price to wait that long for a shitty burger is a diabolical display of customer service.

Slow. Purchased Gift Card. They didn't know what the heck to do. At the window kept asking, did you pay already ...I ordered at the drive thru ...how could I have paid?! I had to ask twice for a Gift Card envelope, the person looked completely baffled.

Do Not use the drive through. Always request the receipt and check the bag if you do decide to go through the drive through!!
Half my order was missing. I drove back and went inside. Not surprisingly, there were 4 other people with messed up orders too. Luckily the employee that helped me trusted that I was being truthful and gave me the rest of the food without any hassle.
I should've read other reviews before coming here. It's insane how many others are saying the same thing about the drive through!

Avoid the drive thru, they can't get orders correct, and not including dipping sauces with the nuggets in drive thru when you're only car ordering.

I ordered large fries got medium. Then they were over cooked. So tasted like crap. Then service in drive though was terrible. Worst experience I have had in a long time.

Doesn’t matter what time of day it is the service with a smile is always there.
Dietary restrictions: They are open to hear any questions to do with altering a menu item to fit your diet. So don’t think nah they won’t cause they just might. As they did for me.

McDonald's promotes unhealthy eating habits, contributes to environmental damage, exploits low-wage workers, and prioritizes profit over consumer health.
McDonald's should be avoided due to its detrimental impact on health, ethics, and the environment. The fast-food chain promotes unhealthy eating habits with a menu high in saturated fats, sugars, and sodium, contributing to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Its sourcing practices often exploit workers and prioritize profit over welfare, leading to poor labor conditions. Furthermore, McDonald's contributes to environmental degradation through unsustainable farming practices and excessive packaging waste. For a healthier future, the company should be re-evaluated and held accountable.
