wonderful location, food be yum cus it's mcdonald's
Customer service was not good thos morning. The lady who took my order, after waiting 5mins in line, only one, got my order totally wrong, told her twice. Then the gentleman who l paid did not know how to use my mcd card and had to wait again for another 5mins. Got my food finally and it was cold, specially the hash brown. Thinking twice going back to this location. 🙁🙁

I went to the first window to pay and when I went to the second window to pick up my food they told me my card didn't go through so I tapped my card again. Found out I was double charged, and when I called them they told me to send an email with my bank statement and a receipt. I told them I was not comfortable sending them my bank statement but blacked it all out and sent it anyways. 3 day go by and no response or update. Called them again and was then told to come into the store which was extremely inconvenient for me as I don't live in the city. They offered absolutely nothing for my troubles. Worst customer service especially when they made the mistake.
Been waiting here a girl said to wait moment in waited 20 mins and then pulled next window just to wait another 20 mins for god damn cheese burger

i find my order typically is messed up atleast once if not twice a week. the staff is very nice but the way they are told to ask "want to add this" "do u want to try this?" "want to try our" is insane. they have 5 sentences to say before even taking ur order and at the end it's the same questions! if u wanted something else i would ask, the advertising is insane here. automatically a turn off to coming to this location.

Waited like 45 mins for my order, which on my way home I realized they forgot my fries. Prior to this, they forgot my burger.
I felt bad for the people who didn’t use digital Kiosk to order, they were standing in line for a long while. Even an elderly lady. Please have your staff be on top of this. I’m going to Wendy’s next time.

Cold stale big macs and cheeseburgers at 5 pm on a Saturday via drive thru. Id recommend the Keewatin McDonald’s over this location. Not my first bad experience at this location. Wont be going back.

Drive thru attendant named Jeremiah was unbelievably rude and racist, my father very clearly said the code that he asked for, SIX TIMES and he still acted like he couldn’t understand. I have worked drive thru before and it is never that difficult, this was just ignorance. We then proceeded to the next window just to speak to someone who we can explain the situation to, and were met with someone who actually apologized for the situation. This is not the first time that I’ve had issues with that employee either. He consistently acts miserable and acts like he cannot hear anything in the drive thru. Maybe don’t work the drive thru then. What a disappointment.

I had the worst service experience ever with my recent order.After placing my order, I noticed a $1 vanilla cone deal. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I asked to opt into this promotion. Initially, they refused to modify the order. I requested to speak with the manager, but instead, the same employee returned and offered me two extra cones instead of a refund. I didn't want extra cones; I wanted the refund, but they insisted on giving me the extra cones and refused to process the refund. When I asked for the manager's name, the employee said they were not allowed to give out their own or the manager's name, which is absurd. Additionally, they didn't provide any cutlery with my chicken patty. Overall, it was the worst experience ever.

what in the heck is so challenging about getting an order correct and filling a large fry? the amount of fries i got in a large is less than or equal to a happy meal. bunch of idiots working at this location and that is more praise than these people deserve.
