During my initial visit to King Edward location McDonald's, I ordered a Big Mac and coffee, and was making the decision of adding milk or cream to my coffee. At the payment window, an employee, an Indian girl named something like Somina, displayed rude behavior, yelling at me for changing my coffee preference. Frustrated, I politely asked her to lower her voice, to which she dismissively replied “just pay” and instructed me to move along. Never will go to this location.

One would expect a full array of options, but instead, items are often unavailable. And if you have the audacity to order anything chicken-based, brace yourself for an even longer wait.It's a disappointment that a franchise as well-known as McDonald's is represented by such a lackluster location. Poor service and incomplete menus are simply unacceptable. For anyone looking for a quick, efficient, fast-food experience, I regretfully advise looking elsewhere.
