We had the most wonderful experience at McDonalds this morning. The staff were extremely kind, the food was fresh and great quality.. as well as served in a timely matter. The tables were clean and organized even though the restaurant was a bit busy! Very efficient and a wonderful experience!!

Get told to wait to take my order only to be told after 5 mins of waiting to use the kiosk and take my own order. This worker could barely even put a basic English sentence together.
The servers were so slow, just 2 pcs. Happy meal takes 15 mins. waiting.

Slower than sloths!!!!! Ordered a burrito and it was frozen!!! Apparently the lady making the food was new and what no training to know that the food had to be heated!!! Only 1 girl there making the food and at the cash register!!! The other girls were in the back doing who nows what!! No muffins made at 10 in the morning!!! And between cash and making the food she did not wash her hands!!!! Yuck!!!!!

I’m a regular customer here. I requested a associate who was taking order to add honey in my coffee very politely , but she refused me very rudely. I don’t understand if they can add either milk or cream in coffee, why can’t they add honey.
She was very rude, they should have given classes to their associates about ethics and customer service. Above all, she was not wearing her name batch. So, was not able to figure out her name.
