I’m a regular customer here. I requested a associate who was taking order to add honey in my coffee very politely , but she refused me very rudely. I don’t understand if they can add either milk or cream in coffee, why can’t they add honey.
She was very rude, they should have given classes to their associates about ethics and customer service. Above all, she was not wearing her name batch. So, was not able to figure out her name.

Never have fresh when you go the food sits for so long that it gets cold before u even get it no one wants cold food at the cost they charge ...better to wait 5 extra minutes to make fresh it's not that hard unpleasant experience

Place is so dirty, people just don't clean, also staff does not care. I ordered 1 burger and took them 15 mins and there were no customers at all. and this was in the afternoon. staff are just talking and giggling. and worst part is my order is just sitting there and they did not bag it up. who ever is the franchise owner of this McDonald's please do better.

We bought the happy meals just for Pokemon toys. When using the kiosk even clicked the Pokemon one. In the end we got two exactly the same other toys instead of Pokemon.....I was very very disappointed.... They said they were not participating.... So tell me why all the commercials in the store show Pokemon!!! It's a scam!!
