I have bought poutine several times but they don’t put any gravy in poutine. I’m very pissed i just bought poutine tonight and still there is no grvy thats why im giving bad review because these people are not doing customer

This McDonald’s is so busy, always have to wait longtime and management chaos.years age is 5 stars but now,only 1.and after renovations there is no soft drink refill and 3/4of ice.Maybe go other McDonald’s .

I bought a hot latte. It was cold. During the winter we usually come for a hot drink. This is really bad. When I complained about the drink, they just said it's the machine. I don't recommend this place.
Service on Monday February 19, noon, at drive in was very good, fast and when the coffee came way too weak, they got us a fountain drinks very quickly.Q: Has McDonald's changed their coffee in the last few weeks? It went from pretty good to dish water at two different locations?Good service at this location

Hi Owner . The service at your restaurant didn’t even deserve one star. The girls are busy in talking all the time and dont even care about the orders. They talking with each other so loudly and does not even care the person waiting more then 15 minutes. I request you please look into this matter seriously. I hope you will workout on this matter. If I could give a 0, I would. I Went there around 9pm. I ordered iced coffee (it was watered down) and a mcflurry. I get the mcflurry and it was 60% full. I go back and ask why it wasn't filled, the manager proceeds to say "our machine was broken and could only fill it that much" I asked her to fill it up after they are done "cleaning" she wasted 20 mins of my time only to throw away the ice cream and tell me heres your refund. Not sure why they are giving out half filled items and not just be upfront to customers and ripping us off.. The night staff is unpleasantly disappointing. As a manager, more training needs to be done because the way she held that situation was awful coming from another manager in the fast food market. Do better and train your staff.
