Was just there and ordered a Mchicken sandwich with extra sauce in the drive through. As per usual didn’t listen to a word I said. The chicken had no sauce at all after I requested extra sauce 3 times not to mention cold fries and a patty that was dried out. Was going to call the restraunt but of course gave me no receipt either. Always check your order before you leave this location🤬🤬

Thank you for having system maintenance at 3pm on a Saturday night. It saved me and probably many others from having garbage food before bed. Thank you for saving me $15 or so.

I ordered a breakfast combo and found a clear plastic shard cooked in my hash brown. I sent an email to the McDonalds office and they responded after a couple of weeks. They were no help as they told me they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to inform corporate, which they did not give a phone number or email for. I was mistaken to think a multinational brand cared about customer health issues and proper food handling.

I used to work here, back in 2010, and I will tell you right now, we never used to get one single cheeseburger as an order, completely wrong.
I ordered one Mc double as a late night snack, instructed the person through the poor microphone to please add big Mac sauce and remove pickles. I got home, opened my snack, I had mayonnaise added, and extra pickles.
The best part was, the guy handed me the burger, not even in a standard McDonald’s bag. He just gave me the burger wrapped up with a napkin around it.
Get your crap together. This is embarrassing.
Don’t know if there’s some sort of language barrier or not, but they definitely shouldn’t be when you’re working in a Canadian fast food restaurant. Sort your crap out. 11:51 PM Wednesday night.

They don't use gloves here. Dear management, please pay attention to the sterility and integrity of your employees. Since they prepare products in front of consumers, they must adhere to certain sterility rules. Not a single employee had gloves. This spoils the impression and reputation of your establishment.

This was all in one visit.
The debit machine on their kiosks doesn't work, forcing you to have your order reentered at the counter allowing for the staff to mess up.
If they don't have their cola tap working right, they will just give you a diet cola without asking of it's okay, and I guess hope you don't notice. Very concerning for those with allergies to diet pop. They don't check the cola quality before capping it. They add a ton of ice when you didn't want any.
Looked like someone sat on my cheeseburger, it was so flat.
Asked for a small fries. They have gave me a child's size portion in a small fries bag.
Only 2.people ahead of me. An on duty bus driver waited 10 minutes for his mc flurry.
The 2 staff at front were speaking a mile a second to each other, ignoring customers. I had to really holler at them and another guy was helping to get their attention. They keep the washrooms locked, so we needed them to open it.
Me and another guy waited 20 minutes for our orders. Even he mumbled to his son this is the worst McDonalds. It wasn't that busy. Hardly a line up at the drive thru. Inside was almost empty.
Tables were not wiped down.
Every time I was at the counter staff would ask " Are you waiting for something?" Which is a rude way to ask if you've been helped. This was asked to me by 3 different people. Clearly no one is paying attention.
Also, when you're walking to the doors off Henderson, there's a planter blocking the path, making you walk in the parking lot to get to the ramp way further down. All they need to do is remove that planter and the accessibility would be much safer for those with disabilities.
