The Restaurent is under construction and I went to drive thru the guy refused to take my order because i was not driving car as my work starts there. The staff was ready to take my order but the team lead refused to take my order. How much time it is gonna take to take order and prepare my coffee; one minute but The management needs to be co operative with their customers and help them. I was simply paying and ordering my coffee. This is ridiculous

Mr Charanjot and the lady manager working on July 19, 2025 at 7:10pm decided its was important to fight over each others inefficiency and behaviour rather than preparing my order. With the help of this argument they had I still managed to get my order in just under 30 minutes. Thank you so much guys, keep it up.

Ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles extra onions and extra cheese. Went thru drive thru as I was going home (out of town) by the time I hit the perimeter and started in on my sandwich saw that the extra cheese I paid for wasn't there. Only had one slice under each patty. No receipt in bag, so took a while to find stores phone number. Called and the staff that answered said they made the sandwich and remember putting cheese under and on top of both patties. No resolution offered. Less than impressed.

Paid for a double hamburger meal, got a cheese burger one patty, waited way too long for the food to the point there were a bit cold. The works had just did shift change (11pm while I was waiting saw my food wait there for 5 minutes while they just talked.
