I just went through the drive-thru. The woman who took our order kept interrupting me, and completely got our order wrong. When told our order was wrong we got nothing but attitude.

It was like 3 degrees In the restaurant.
So very cold and apparently was cold yesterday too.
We took our order and left. Burrr oh so cold. Wonder how the employees dealt with it??? Not a very good idea not to have good temp. It was way way too cold!!!

got a couple of big macs here after winning $75 at club regent casino. it was pretty late and was surprised how fastand good everything was!

I ordered a Mcgriddle and it was very dry. I wouldn't complain to them since I fear that they would spit in the new one.

This time the fries, and nuggets, were not hot. Waited a long time to get my food. McDonald's needs to install paper towels in their washrooms, and have a better flow for the sink's faucet.

McDonalds had always been known for having the best fountain pop. I always got excited to get my super tasty sprite. I couldn't believe it yesterday, the awful aftertaste from a fountain Sprite is now at this McDonalds. And that makes me so sad. Why mess with the fountain pop? I hardly took another sip because it was gross. Just gross. The last thing I loved about McDonalds, was at least they have good pop. Now that's gone too.
The worst service. Awful employees.
McRib is on promotion and they tell us they don't sell them at this time . McDicks is going downhill since they started to franchise .

Restaurant has long been know for slow service but today was a new record- Regent casino hosted the monster bingo that was sold out With patrons lining up outside at 9:00 for 10:00 opening of the casino We got our bingo machines and I went to get breakfast for us around 10:30 -found a lineup of 6 people -not daunting I thought -unfortunately only 2 people working -took me 30 minutes to get served -many people left due to service Let me be clear I don’t blame the 2 ladies working as they did the best they could -but I do blame the manager for throwing these ladies to the wolves- my opinion is she/ he didn’t communicate with the casino or if she/he did they didn’t care So I believe the motto of the restaurant is -service worth waiting for and I will never be back

Used the drive thru. Our order was simple… two double hamburgers and two apple pies. They got it wrong. No apologies.. they looked at me like I was crazy when I went in to say we ordered double hamburgers and got single hamburgers. They remade them however as I said… no apologies. What is the purpose of the drive thru if you have to stop, get out of your vehicle go inside to get the proper order? This store has very poor customer service except for a couple of employees. If the location wasn’t so convenient I would avoid it like the plague.
