Restaurant not the most clean, and one time of the two I was their the drink machine was locked and you needed to get drinks from the counter. Bathroom says it is locked but wasn't, was decently clean. Overall not bad but far from the best in the city.

worst experience and they didnt care or wasnt concern they gave me a already bitten burger. i was disgusted and didnt eat. when i called all they gave me was a free burger and fries. but that was not the point. this was more serious and they didnt care. the pictures i took was how i disposed the burger after opening it

Just went through here to get breakfast before a long day of father's day activities and my God.... how hard is it to make a sausage mc griddle? But no there's cheese on them specifically ordered no cheese due to allergies.... what a shitty day to start a day.... oh and the coffee was cold and wrong to the order also will NEVER be going to this location again

If I could give a zero I would. This location has had to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. I went on a drive to get a A drink since I had become thirsty, I gave the lady my code and said it about four times before she actually took it each time she said the wrong number I was already yelling through from the passenger seat of the car, so it was already loud enough in the car, Her responses instead of pardon me was what! Again, if she didn’t hear me, she could’ve said it. I ordered a large cook and said just give us one moment. She said is that everything for you and we said no just a moment please and then she said OK large Coke next window. I didn’t understand why she kept saying it because she repeated it multiple times. Then I said, can I get a small Sprite, and then she repeated to say next window? Like what? I said I was placing another order and she said next window again, we tried To make two transactions which she wouldn’t approve of. Then we told her OK we’ll just go to the next window to order the rest of her stuff so we drove up and we came to the worst person I have ever encountered. The driver of the car was saying that we wanted to make two orders we also ordered a Sprite and she’s sorry there’s no Sprite and so we ordered a orange Fruitopia; she continued to roll her eyes at us and then said can we please make another order which we were trying to do with the next window she kept saying, huh or what instead of actually taking that said order it came down to being like you wanna make another order she looked dead at me and rolled her eyes And we couldn’t even handle it anymore that we said never mind it’s fine so we only got the two drinks she handed the drinks really disrespectfully and I wish I had gotten her name because I think that this location needs to reevaluate their workers. I never go to this location, which I’m grateful for, but I had to because we were stopping for Something to drink on our way back, which this location was the only one that we had on the way. Even the last time I went there, they were all rude and they didn’t have any manners either way, so please don’t go here.

Place is garbage honestly. If the fries aren’t too salty to eat they are soggy, half the time the nuggets aren’t edible, I think the only things going are possibly the drinks and burgers, but even then they are put together sloppy. The service sucks, the staff are rude. No customer service skills.

The kitchen worker who made the burger was not wearing gloves with direct contact of her hands with the food! This is unacceptable!!!!
Food took almost 20 mins. Fries where put in the bag upside down burger was a sloppy mess.

Worst location I’ve been to. I consistently stop here in the morning as it’s the only one on my way to work. They don’t understand a word of English, they are deaf as well. And if they forget something and you wave them down from the window they’ll just give a dead stare like they don’t understand a simple hand gesture. I have never seen more incompetence in a work place setting. The employees here take the cake.

Can’t get a simple coffee correct. Three days in a row and no sugar or not stirred and I ask for one cream and seems like way more cause I don’t remember coffee with one cream looking so light. And also getting coffee grounds. Not good at all.
