Employee offered me a fries instead, and said they are same price as poutine 🙃🔫. Doesn’t seem she was really care about it. And they forgot to add salt to my fries. Dirty tables, 3 out 3 workers were speaking their language. It felt like I was distracting them…

We eat from McDonalds often but this was definitely the worst. The burgers were dried out and seemed like they were on the shelf too long. We didn’t eat the full order. I bought for my dogs and they didn’t even want to eat.

I went to pick up an order from this McDonald's, there was an employee there, she called herself the manager, she was very racist, like when she sees Punjabi, she gets hyper, she speaks a lot and she doesn't know how to do it. How not to respect the delivery driver, he speaks too much rudeness.

After I walked there on a break from work and got back to my desk and took out my muffin I discovered patches of freezer burn on the top of it. At 9 am it didn't taste that fresh either. Coffee was great though!

showed up at 9:25, worker was mopping around me everytime i took a step. workers were incredibly rude and kept yelling out no more food orders. listen, i get it’s mcdonald’s but when someone’s hitting a mop against your feet as you’re trying to fill your drink 35 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE, it gets a little frustrating. would be nice if the staff did their big closing duties when they actually closed. food was cold, service was rude, just go through a drive thru

I went there after shopping, it was 30 mins before they closed and during that time there was one worker who was mopping the entire restaurant and closed off one half of the restaurant. While the lady was mopping she was asking people to move so she could mop under them!!! Who does that, you are not closed. Next, the lady at the counter said out loud 25 mins before they closed that they are not taking anymore food orders. I get that you want to get out of there but I’ve worked in the service industry for a while and that is totally unacceptable. Yeah it’s annoying when people come toward the end of the night but ultimately ITS YOUR JOB. Deal with it.

The order takes forever to be served, no working wash room, and flies are all over the place. This store is a disgrace to the Mc Donald's brand.
Ordered my food and sat at a table and the table was dirty. My burger was soaked in grease.

Giving a very generous 2 stars only because the girl was nice and apologised for the wait. Otherwise I'd give a 1 or 0 star if I could.
Not the best service, we were waiting a while, but the girl working there did apologise for the wait... I think they forgot about us and a few other people waiting as well.
Our food was cold, so it was not enjoyable. They don't have any non-meat products so people like me who can't eat meat without pain has to either eat meat (which I hate doing for 2 reasons: 1 = animals, I don't like to eat them and 2 = my stomach hates me afterwards) The burgers were so greesy that I'm in more pain than usual.
Also, the staff talking about personal stuff while working? Isn't that against some kind of policy?
Vegetarian options: No vegan options from what I noticed ita all meant unless you get chips or something like that.
Dietary restrictions: Nothing for people who can't eat meat

Great exprience with this mcdonalds. The food was fresh and hot. Got great and quick service by the girl named kiran. Moreover the dining area was neat and clean. Overall, they guys were doing a great job.

I placed an order at the till in person.. clearly told the guy only ketchup and cheese on a big Mac. I waited almost 10 minutes for them to put my order together. I was busy with kids and stuff so I left went home. 15 minute drive away. They gave me the wrong burger. How can they make a mistake when the burger has your order number right on the slip taped to the burger and your receipt has that same number, also they slip they use for your order has the same thing.. my order was 282.. the slip on the burger was 176. If it wasn't cause of allergies maybe I might not be so bothered ..
