update. 3feb2024. This McDonald's makes their burgers differently from every other mcd on planet earth, and that's my problem and your problem, not the restaurant's. >>>> Restaurant makes my Quarter Pounder BLT incorrectly, in a new and creative way every single time. Today there was no mayo.

Not sure why they redecorated it to look industrial inside. It is not a win. Also the new maple bbq burger is not a win either. I tried to pay partially with gift card and partially with debit and had to do that at the counter. Took a long time for someone to even appear to take orders and there was a line.

At $10-12 per meal, you are better served going to any of the half dozen restaurants in the immediate area and getting quality food for the same price or a few dollars more. Mc.Donald's charges waaay too much for the low quality food they serve.Edit2023: At almost $16-17 before taxes, almost $20 once you’re done, go anywhere but here. See above.

This McDonald's is pretty pitiful. I don't come to a fast food joint for fine dining, but its apparently a reach to expect medicore.The wait was long. They forgot about my burger and the fries were placed into the paper bag 12 minutes before the burger finally came out. So that was great, thank you for the cold soggy fries.No ketchup in the dispenserAll tables were dirtyFries were also gross. Change your fryer oil.

They recently renovated the location, the whole play park has been taken out entirely since COVID hit. The whole new make looks very sophisticated, they have 4 of the computer kiosks which in total is 8 as they are back to back. They also made the order line smaller as they are encouraging people to use the kiosks instead of ordering in person. I had just run in to grab a happy meal for my 4 year old. The meal was fine, it's always the same quality. They have an app you can scan at the kiosks and get points for your orders. I never checked out the washrooms.
Waited 15 minutes for a jr Mcchicken, should be closed. FLIES flying around, disgusting.

So this McDonald's previously had the worst rating in the city, and it deserved it as the manager was terrible and food orders were never correct. Whomever is in charge now has totally turned this place around. I no longer have to drive one McDonald's over as this one has fixed itself.

So many things wrong with this location inside Walmart. First things first, I had ordered a big mac alongside a large fry. There was maybe 1-2 people ahead of me at the time but they didn’t order anything crazy. A couple minutes after I had ordered, I had gone to the bathroom quickly (Let’s say about 4 mins) with the expectation to come back to my food either being ready to go or just about so. I had waited for another 10-15 minutes after the fact. For TWO items. I know it isn’t a daunting or time-consuming task to assemble a big mac, and if so, it better be a perfectly handcrafted burger if it takes 20+ minutes. Unfortunately, it was sloppy, as if they threw it from across the room as if they were playing a game of big mac cornhole backwards. After the long wait, I didn’t even receive a apology or anything of the sort. To top it all off, the seating area was a big mess. napkins and wrappers littered haphazardly. I don’t know who runs this place, but they seriously need to do a better job. The condition of this location is in what i can describe as on the verge of being run down.
