Omg such a worst mcveggie and hot chocolate i ever have in my life. Such bad food i ever ate mcdonald. Not even deserving one star though
The cashier is an old woman with glasses who is rude and shouts at the entire restaurant and refuses to take orders for the points I have accumulated. Such nervous people have no place in the service.

Every-time here i have seen if courier order is ready . They never ask if somebody is waiting for courier pickup. They want that every customer got cold food and courier will wait even though food is ready. If you ask i am here from skip or whatever they will just ignore you even manager as well. Very bad experience everytime.

I ordered filet-o-fish, which was out of stock as usual. When it did arrive, the tartar sauce in it looked like vomit that had missed the cutlets. The cutlet tasted terrible, I think it was undercooked.

I waited for food more than 25 minutes and it’s with tree people inside restaurant. This call fast food? It’s the worst brunch what I ever seen. The most horrible service!

ordered at the drive through and paid they told me to wait in the stall. waited there for 10 minutes then went in and my order wasn't even in there system and then i had to wait another ten minutes for them to make my order
Terrible service and complete mess
Today around 12:03 pm at McDonald's located at 1001 Empress St, Winnipeg, MB R3E 3P8, I placed order number 432. We ordered a cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, and an iced coffee. We had limited time for shopping and wanted a quick bite, but this McDonald's visit turned into a nightmare.
We waited for over 15 minutes, watching others who ordered the same cheeseburgers get their meals. The problem is that as soon as they receive the order, they mark it as completed in the system, even when it isn’t. This made our order disappear from the screen, and they lost track of who was waiting and for how long.
After 10 minutes, we asked when our order would be ready. We were told to wait longer because the cheeseburgers were still being made. But the next batch of cheeseburgers was given to other customers! We only received one cheeseburger, and the second one was missing. After waiting another 15 minutes, we asked again, and they said we had to wait for more cheeseburgers to be made.
We asked if we could change our order, but they refused, saying it wasn’t possible because our order was already marked as completed in the system. The shift manager, named LEA, didn’t apologize or try to fix the issue. She just shrugged and said nothing.
We wanted to cancel the order because we had already waited too long, but no one offered to help, and no one apologized. We finally canceled the order because we couldn’t wait another 10 minutes, which would have been nearly 30 minutes in total. That’s ridiculous for a McDonald's.
Nobody tried to make things right, and nobody apologized. This was all over a $11.39 order. Absolutely unacceptable service and management!

The little asian guy in the front was really helpful. I think his named was something like wylian! He attended to my needs and was very nice.

It's a lonely place to dine. All staffs don't know how to smile but they know how to laugh on their customers. Very POOR customer service. NOT recommended specially on dine-in because you gonna feel you are NOT welcome to Mcdonalds 1001 Empress.

The Filipino Cashier are so very mean to her fellow Filipino but she is good to not Filipino. You need to treat everybody right. Customer services is NOT recommended.

Once I walked in the place was great, no dirty tables but the floor was slightly dirty.
Ordered my food, did not take too long and the food was amazing.

I was served old fries when new ones were ready. They cut corners and serve day old quarter pounders. Staff don't listen to your order and make mistakes. This location is the worst one in Winnipeg. The food is subpar, cold and gross.
