Food was great the service when I went was a bit lacking as in forgetful on alot of things had to ask for cutlery had to ask them to clear table as in be more efficient on bringing drinks and taiking empty drinks back plates. Over all very good experience.

Note that this McDonalds is in the casino. You cannot access this directly, you have to enter the casino and it is on the right hand side, all the way to the end near washroom. Food is standard and on par with the rest of chain, service is better and staffs are more charming than those outside.

This place is so busy but the staff yna and rose are wonderful crew. The line are so long but they manage to be very and gives a smile with all the chaotic orders. They're very patient and fast in accommodating orders regardless of the big lines up. Other staff should take some few tips from them. Other staff are so serious and not approacable it hard for them to even break a smile.Please don't put people on the front if they have major B.O it's just not the vibe you want ordering food

The McDonalds in McPhillips casino is better than all other McDonalds I've eaten at in the city of Winnipeg. The buns were fluffy, crispy, soft - almost toasted? The fries were cooked so well, crispy and hot! And the signage and decor is impeccable... 5 stars 🌟

The manager last night was very rude and did not fill up my fries he only gave me half way for my large fries and double quarter then after I order a large drink after and he never print out my receipt or never gave me my change for my drink but food was good but the manager needs to do better at his job and how to treat people with respect and how to treat them right with my experience with food and customer service for 20 years I never been treated that badly
