I've come here for yrs..the service has declined big time..my lge fries were all Lil bits n ends.. at 6 bucks for fries..this really ticked me..no ketchup..no napkins in my bag...it was take out..really sad too no more refills...

Came in at 6:50 PM on June 6. My apologies to the staff — I work in the food industry too, so I understand how it is. But I was really craving it. Big thanks to the manager for coming through! It’s a bit embarrassing… but it was delicious.

Chicken poutine was ice cold. No gravy. I told them to add gravy please and they added liquid cheese instead. It was dry and the fries were ice cold.
They got my order wrong. Explained it twice to them. Ordered a grilled chicken, got a crispy chicken. After receiving the grilled chicken, it was very fatty for some reason. Never seen that here before. Was shocked. The fries were great as always thou.

I made an order on the terminal, the terminal did not give me a receipt, so I had to order 2 times, they gave me the order only 1, they could not return my money, they said to contact the bank, but you should return it.
