Always very quick to complete orders, staff are friendly and provide good customer service! Never wait more than a couple of minutes after ordering, regardless of how long the line is.

Chicken poutine was ice cold. No gravy. I told them to add gravy please and they added liquid cheese instead. It was dry and the fries were ice cold.

They got my order wrong. Explained it twice to them. Ordered a grilled chicken, got a crispy chicken. After receiving the grilled chicken, it was very fatty for some reason. Never seen that here before. Was shocked. The fries were great as always thou.

I made an order on the terminal, the terminal did not give me a receipt, so I had to order 2 times, they gave me the order only 1, they could not return my money, they said to contact the bank, but you should return it.
