Just ordered breakfast got told to wait at the side for my meal waited 6-7 minutes for them to bring out food, drive off get to work and they forgot to put eggs on both of my sandwiches. Also tell your unintelligent staff to not walk behind moving vehicles while customers pull into a spot 🤦♂️

Nice workers, I came to the counter to pay with cash and a lovely young lady took my order. She was friendly and we had a great conversation, very enjoyable! Am a bit confused as to why she was the only one with a white shirt but she explained to me and was very helpful and fast with my order. Will return as workers here seem helpful and it is a clean, fast environment. Only concern is the fries could be filled up more.
Edit: Came back yesterday during the afternoon and the place was filthy and food was cooked with no care for the customers joy. Fries cold. Workers acted nice but they gave me looks of annoyance. So sad.
Edit 2: Returned again yesterday and I was met with extremely poor service. Waited for over 5 minutes to get my order taken 😡 Workers were laughing and screaming chatting it up like I did not exist. Felt very uncared for I might not return after this experience. Seems like they fired all the good employees and left the careless ones to ruin the establishment 😡 They were talking so much that they took 15 minutes to get my order out and by the time it was out my fries were cold and they put pickles in my McDouble when I said NO PICKLE. I am extremely disappointed. What happened to all the good workers from review one? 😡 So disappointed! Do better
Edit 3: I came in yesterday and ordered a junior chicken and it had a hair cooked into the meat 😡 I was fuming! I went back around 8pm and these two ladies were very kind to me on counter. The lady in the blue gave me a very sincere apology and the lady in the white gave me fresh fries and pie for free along with a new junior chicken. I am glad to see there are some kind workers still here, I hope this corporation will hire good workers who resolve problems instead of manipulating customers. Both ladies made sure my fries were filled to the top. I am very satisfied but next time I hope I do not receive hair again. Thanks to the ladies on counter for the help, no thanks to the cook who had on no hair net 😡
Edit 4: Tried giving this location another chance but never again! Horribly rude lady with turban took my order she was irritable, frustrated, and had no care. Got my order completely messed up so I had to get it all redone 😡 On top of this disgraceful behaviour she had the audacity to talk about me to her co-workers and made it obviously with her looks of pure evil towards me and my children. I am frustrated and disappointed as this is my third encounter with her and all three have been extremely disrespectful and poor! How can this establishment feel OK to hire extremely aggressive workers? 😵💫🤦♀️ Absolutely unbelievable, will never return after all of this.

This place refuses to add honey to tea. They add the cream. They add the sugar. They add the milk. They add the sweetener. They do not add the honey. But why not? Every other mcdonalds will add the honey. Why? Because the making of the beverage is in the cost of the item. It's like if we ordered a big mac and they handed a plain bun with patties on it and then all the other fixins on the side so we can put it together ourselves.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder that I believe was cooked sometime last Tuesday. The patty had the warmth and texture of a forgotten library book, and the cheese had fused to the bun in a way that defied the laws of physics. The fries were a collection of sad, pale, and floppy potato relics. If you're looking to experience what fast food might have been like for ancient civilizations, this is your spot. Otherwise, maybe go to Wendy's.
This place does not deserve any stars. Nothing just a slow service and ignorant.

Is this ice cream cone worth $2.50? My son and I waited 5 minutes for 2 vanilla ice cream 🍦 cones, doesn’t feel like fast food. This location used to be good with their service & food but that was 2023. Will think twice before I want an ice cream on the go next time. Wendy’s next time. They did offer an Apple pie to settle it but it was too little too late. On top of it, the front desk cashier didn’t offer any napkins as we both have a bit of a mess when having ice cream.
