Im sirting here drunk and high and all i gotta say is your likely the best mcdonalds in the city ( i have eaten at everyone of them) the fattest portions of fries the best amount of toping and extra topings on burgers and literal fastest service and delivery timea you guys are king af and you should be proud of yourselfs and the teams you guys are together

Visited this location on Tuesday March 11 about 12:30 pm .,.We were greeted by one rude “manager “at the counter tapping her long broken fingernails on the counter in frustration as we ordered for takeout. We had forgotten our coupon book and asked if she had any available ,she said no , so we proceeded with the order anyway. The order came to $ 45 .90 We returned home with our order only to find that the coupons are available on the McDonald’s app. This was never suggested by this “manager”…. So ignorant!!

This McDonald's is ok at best. Staff are friendly, though it took a very long time for me to get my food. The tables are designed in a way that all of them look dirty, which makes it feel like the whole restaurant is dirty. Drive Thru is good, I have had no issues. Food is average, tastes the same as every other McDonald's.
Parking: theres not much parking, but you can also park in front of coop.
Kid-friendliness: No play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Quite accessible for handicapped people.

Imagine getting told at 10 am in the morning that you can't order food because they are resetting their system. Shouldn't that be done in the middle of the night when there aren't going to be as many customers? Why at 10 am? This place is run by clowns.

Literally just sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting. It was 10pm on a weekday. There’s no excuse for that. If you want to leave an establishment p’d right off then go here.

The bun was hard as a rock, probably a few days old. Awful.
The drink refill machine in this establishment didn't work, there was no ketchup, there weren't even straws or napkins. We waited a long time for our order, which turned out to be cold. I'm giving it 1 only for the hot coffee, the burgers and fries felt like they'd been sitting on the shelf for an hour before that((( when we asked the employee for ketchup, she gave us 2 packets and asked with a displeased expression: something else? yes, of course more. is she kidding us??!! the whole time the staff (we saw at least 6 people) were just talking loudly and laughing without hesitation, not paying attention to the customers! is that professional? they'd be better off directing their energy to service!

Had a big walk in order of 6 meals, 6 drinks, 6 desserts, and some burgers.
They packed it well to make sure nothing flips upside down and even helped me to put it in car safely.
Highly appreciated customer service.

Today I finished work at 2:30 am and decided to have a snack before bed. I waited for my order for 30 minutes. I spent 30 minutes of my rest waiting for my food under McDonald's. I thought it was fast food. But in practice - no. The guy told me that they were very busy, but I arrived first. And there were 2 more cars after me. In 30 minutes they made orders for 3 cars and 2 couriers. And I ended up at the very end of this line, despite the fact that I arrived first. I am very disappointed.
