Just started going there in the last 9 months.This locations building has been leaking from the roof all over the floor many times.I think its time to fix properly or better yet tear down build a new bigger new location in behind exsisting building while still running the niagra falls building to keep bussiness going

Believe it or not, something called sanitary gloves has been invented! And maybe—just maybe—washing your hands (especially with those dirty fingernails) before making a sandwich wouldn’t be such a bad idea.
I’m truly disappointed that we spend money at these filthy stores, and yet there is absolutely no oversight on the staff to ensure clean food is served to customers.

I went through the drive-thru last night around 12:40 AM to get a Coke. After placing my order, I pulled up to the last window and waited for about 5 minutes. I noticed one of the employees, likely the manager, was packing food, probably for delivery, but he didn’t glance at the window once. Waiting 5 minutes for just a Coke seems excessive. The total time from ordering to picking up my drink was 14 minutes. I believe the manager and staff could use some additional training. This happened on 25-02-2025 at 12:40 AM, and I didn’t receive a receipt.

Three days in a row, they gave me someone else’s order after I had to repeat myself 5 times to the lady taking the order in drivethru. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother. The employees are too busy chatting with each other to even greet customers or pay attention.

I ordered a large hot chocolate in drive thru. Well, it was half full chocolate and half full foam. I could have just bought medium and its probably the same hot chocolate if not, even more.
