The worst experience I have ever had at this McDonald's, I paid for my order at the first window, then I processed to the next window, and they asked me what I ordered, than when I ask why she can't ask the person I just paid she give me attitude. People don't have time for this in the morning this isn't why it's called fast

Due to the printer not working, I had to pay for coffee twice. Since the order terminal did not inform me that my order would be prepared (the screen just showed an error, sorry the printer is not working.)As a result, I paid for the coffee again and received two identical coffees, and the staff, knowing this, did not offer me a refund. Previously, I encountered this problem once, and last time at another establishment, the cashier operator kindly returned my money for one of the orders. And I got everything I wanted. But here I just had to give the second coffee to a passerby.

This is one of the worst Macdonalds in the entire Winnipeg because of the very rude, disrespectful and undisciplined employees, they are just here for the paychecks and to get the work permits.I’m very honest to the owner please advice or change your night shifts employees specifically their manager that’s she is rudest among all of them.

I came at this location for pickup an order ( overnight, around 1:30 am) .In the app it says, 'use Drive thru for pick up till 11' . It doesn't mentions where to go for pickup after 11. So I went through Drive-thru. The staff told me that I shouldn't be coming through DT for pickup after 11. I showed her that it doesn't says where to go so that's the reason that i came through DT.Instead of telling where should I come, she just got mad at me and keeping saying the same thing, and went in side saying something in her language.Customer service should not just in the mornings. It should be the face of a restaurant regardless of the shift.
The sign says 24 hours! I couldn’t count the times I have gone to this location now only to be told very rudely by some fast talker, “ that we are NOT taking orders now as we are resetting our system “ what does that even mean actually???? Maybe turn the lights off or change the signage to 22.5 hours a day ! Anywhere between the hours of 4am and 5 am I’ve got this problem at this location.

Been going to the Goulet drive-thru consistantly for the last 3 years while caring for my father. I would ALWAYS get the same 2 coffees. 95% of the time they screwed up my coffee orders over & over again. I can see it happening once or twice in the last few years; but weekly? No! I’ve spoken to « supervisors » they just apologize nothing gets done! Today again!! U guys messed up my order! What do I have to do? Go to corporate? It’s not rocket science-it’s basic not Starbucks. I’m fed up….I’ve been to other McDonalds-no issues there-77 Gouley needs new staff ?
