Food made so sloppy. Watered down coffee no flavour. Asked if they could fix it but they just made it worse. Garbage filled to the rim. Poor customer service and care. Half my wrap was empty. So disappointed and won’t be going back to this location ever again. Don’t recommend

This is probably the WORST McDonald's in the city. Order 2 Mcdoubles.. parked.. order 1 Jr chicken.. parked.. order a coffee 10 min wait.. parked. Modify a burger good luck won't happen. Not sure how it's still open, the new door to the kitchen shows how dirty it is.

Have never had an issue with this McDonalds but ordered my daughter a McCripsy meal and she immediately said it tasted funny. When I asked like what she said it tasted like chemicals. I thought she was exaggerating so I tried it and sure enough! Almost like bleach actually. Needless to say threw it out as had gone through the drive through and was already out of the area.

Order 2 breakfast burritos. Waited quite a while at the pick up window before someone came and gave me my.order. When I looked at my order, the burritos had been microwaved. They were soggy and gummy and hardly even rolled. They were basically.flat with open ends. Disgusting. Not equal in any to other McDonalds that I have ever had the breakfast burritos at. Do not recommend this location at all.

What have you done to this place? Less seating, impersonal design and flow. I go here every morning, post renovations suck. No Americano’s , poor poor layout. Now it is just an uber eats pickup! Locals go elsewhere to meet and socialize. Condiments station always dirty or broken. 10/10 for fixing what was not broken! Sadly it is the new good for all design :-( you numbers probably reflect less foot traffic? You have successfully removed the human component from this location…… probably AI interaction only in the near future. No personality left.

This morning around 4:30 am I went to buy a hamburger, but they say they're open 24 hours, which isn't true. They wouldn't serve me. I'm disappointed because I was hoping to get something to eat at that hour and I couldn't. This happened at both McDonald's I went to; the system was down. What kind of service does McDonald's offer if they don't have IT support?
Your bathrooms do not have door closures and the doors stay wide open or handi-cap buttons for access so when people use

Placed a simple mobile order as I do multiple times a week at various McDonalds locations. They made me wait over 20 minutes to fulfill the order. Then I get home - the entire order is incorrect. Wrong burger, wrong side, wrong drink. Had to throw it out due to allergy concerns. Skip this location, pick a different one. The staff here are incompetent.

I arrived on Tuesday, October 21st in morning at 7:45am and waited until 7:57am to be acknowledged by Staff and my Order taken! Individuals in the Kitchen area need to be watching the front area. The Restaurant was not busy due to the construction nearby making access challengingI do not believe this is a McDonald's Best Practice...! What happened...?
