POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I went to this McDonalds on Nov. 29/2025 at around 11:50pm. I was served a cup that was at once full of what appears to be CRAYONS. What???!!! Upon showing employees after I drank out of it, they threw it out immediately and told me there was no way to reimburse me for this. SAIF the manager told me they would have to check the cameras but that they couldn’t and only the GM could… no refunds and honestly disrespectful workers who made me the VILLAN. Not a clean restaurant either… lots of mess from earlier- not to mention the STENCH IN THERE... Please make this right McDonald’s. I love you.

Overall it was a good visit having my five year old boy with me . Lack of seating in the play area was very surprising. Someone offered us to sit at there table thank you.

This McDonald's needs new management, no matter how busy or slow it is I am parked. It’s supposed to be fast food. It’s almost faster to drive to Sage creek McDonald’s that’s how bad they are 10 mins for a McMuffin meal? Embarrassing

Stopped in for a quick bite. And this is what i saw in both ketchup dispensers...maggots, they were moving. Yuck 🤮

I am so disappointed every time I come here, every time I go I order a junior chicken meal with extra sauce on the burger because they never put enough on. Today I went and ordered a junior chicken with double extra sauce to see if they would put more sauce on. Come to find out they put less sauce on than when I normally ask for extra sauce. I’m don’t know if they thought it was funny or if they didn’t understand the concept of extra sauce but if I am a paying costumer then you should give me what I ask for.

It was okay at best.

Pros: I ordered fries. They were warm, and alrightly salted. The order was called quickly.

Cons: the tables were nasty. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. For some reason, the soda dispensers smelled like bathrooms. I do not know why. On the subject of bathrooms, they were nasty. Smelled gross, random crap everywhere.

To conclude. You know, you can't always blame them here. Yeah, they should do better, but so should the customers. You shouldn't be putting paper towel and toilet paper all over the place. Pee in the toilet, not on the floor, etc.

Unfortunately, two Indian girls who were McDonald’s staff were loudly arguing in their own language for over twenty minutes, creating a noisy and unsettling environment. This deprived customers of their right to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. It’s the second time we’ve witnessed such unpleasant scenes.

In addition, the tables were not clean, and the food was served poorly by the staff.

Do you simply hire employees without any supervision?
This is unacceptable.

Very good

We had a BBQ that day, and my granddaughter doesn't like BBQ foods, so I took her for a ride. Staff were friendly and courteous, her order was accurate

It's a fast food outlet. What more do you want. Quick and convenient.

I really like the McDonald's app. Lately I'm ordering the McDouble value meal which is cheap and delicious. The vanilla cone and the sundae hot fudge ice cream is really good. Love it.
