Worse experience ever the employees DO NOT listen I ordered a burger happy meal get the happy meal and there’s no burger ordered a mic double and got a macchicken and the mangers hang up on you and say they are not gonna reamburse my meals or replace them and I find hair in my fry’s and I’m almost certain I seen cockroaches running around on the counters

The past few times over the span of about 4 months, I have tried 3 times to get something through the drive through. And all 3 times, no one takes my order. I sit there in front of the speaker for 3-5 minutes saying "hello, hello" and nothing. Other cars in the other line get their order, but no one takes mine, as I watch 2 or 3 cars from the other line get their order and move on. It is at that point, I just leave the line and drive out and go somewhere else, usually just home. I have been in both lines and still nothing. The service when you get it is so so, nothing great, but nothing brutal either, just plain, and they have only messed up my order twice in the past year, although I don't frequent McDonalds that often, maybe once a month or less. They need more training on customer service and way more training on how the drive through works (there are 2 lanes), although they have saved me money and calories by doing a poor job, so I guess...thank you?
