The Filipino girl taking my order the other day was very sweet! I try my best to remember names of the people I like, and if I’m not mistaken her name is Kayla. Someone said she was training, but she seemed to be doing well! I don’t think I’ve ever had a McDonalds employee at this location be so kind and attentive when taking my order. I hope she stays the same, because when she was taking someone else’s order she was kind and made small talk that had you smile or laugh. Props to whoever her trainer is, and props to Kayla for being so kind at a hectic environment. Genuinely made my day! 👏👏👏

The worst experience for me in any if the McDonald in winnipeg. This is about Tuesday 10/11/24 night around 10 to 10:15 when i got off from my work to get food from this store. So as i had these monopoly coupons so i was thinking that i could use them to save some money for my food and my friend, we went to drive thru and orders everything as per our coupons i had around 9 of them. And once i reached at the window they refused to take more than 3 coupons. How does it make sense at all i earned those points so why cant i use it towards free meals ?? Is it too much to ask for? I asked for a manager but she straight refused to use more than 3. And then i went to other McDonalds and they were more than happy to use all of them. How does it make sense ??

20 minutes for food is UNACCEPTABLE. Food comes out cold. Dine in customers are treated like second class citizens. Then on top of that NO SOAP in the bathrooms.
Would not recommend the McDonald's to my dog.

The staff is young and inexperienced, rude and very poorly managed. One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. They can't get an order right, it took sending the food back multiple times for them to get it right and even then the food was terrible. Don't waste your time or money here.

I recently visited this McDonald's and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food quality was terrible—the fries and junior chicken tasted bitter and were far from the usual standard.
The environment was chaotic and unpleasant, with staff constantly shouting at each other. There was no coordination among the employees, leading to frequent mistakes with orders. It seemed like they were always in a hurry, which resulted in wrong orders being given out.
Overall, it was a very frustrating visit, and I won't be returning.

I recently moved to the Linden Woods area and have gone to this Mcdonald’s many times. Every time I’ve gone inside there is someone mopping when the floor isn’t even dirty, they are waiting for an accident to happen.
The workers in the back are so loud I can hear them in the women’s bathroom. One girl with round glasses is extremely rude and one lady with a latino accent is always yelling. AND MY ORDERS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS WRONG WITHOUT APOLOGY.
Some of the staff are lovely though, one lady with red hair is very accommodating. I try to remember some names of people of take my orders at the front but I couldn’t name them accurately. A couple of them are the lady with red hair (I think her name is Barbara), a young punjabi girl whose name starts with S, and a couple of others.
There’s usually only one or two people making the food and that makes me question the management at the place. Overall I’m going to be visiting the McDonalds on Kenaston much more often.

Hygiene is getting worse and worse here and the food is more and more inedible. I think everyone knows the reason, so I decided not to go there anymore.
I must add that I felt very ill after eating here at lunchtime and am now waiting for the doctor!
