Whoever did the scheduling/staffing at this location for this day must have bumped their head somewhere. On a holiday, Easter Sunday, they decide to only have ONE person making the sandwiches. Smart. 10 customers waiting at one point around 10am and I'm sure people were waiting at drive-thru too.I don't blame the staff working there, they suffered because of the poor management. Maybe think ahead? You rather save cost of employees' pay on Easter Sunday than providing good service. See how that works out for ya in the future.

Food 1: junior chicken hard as a hockey puck, mcdouble only made with ketchup and the sloppiest quarter pounder I have ever seen.Service 1: ordered a quarter pounder and instantly was told the total trying to rush me through, asked for a second order and was told they don't do that after 12pm asked for a hash brown and they don't do that after 12 either, so much for all day breakfast.Atmosphere 3: Just because it was hilarious to see people who can't make a hash brown demand more than minimum wage. Normally, we get good service and the food is prepared as ordered. However, tonight was the complete opposite. We decided to grab a small, late night bite from this location after working all day and we went through the drive thru. I kid you not, we sat there for 10 minutes, waiting for someone to say something. We said “hello” a few times and even considered honking the horn when we noticed a car that pulled into the right lane drive thru was put through for an order AFTER we had already been sitting there for a few minutes. I told my boyfriend to drive around to the window, as we also noticed another person come to the right lane drive thru but they didn’t get served and they went around to the window — nobody was at the window when we approached it so my boyfriend waved to get someone’s attention and one of the workers came over. She mentioned that the drive thru orders weren’t working, so we asked why someone didn’t let us know that while we were sitting and waiting. She said “oh I didn’t have my mic on” and I said “you would’ve seen us sitting in the drive thru on your cameras…” it’s kind of unprofessional to just let us sit there and not have the mic on to let us know this had happened. We drove away without an apology or anything. We noticed another few drivers sitting in the drive thru as we left — you’d think they’d have signs up or even put pylons up to let customers know not to go through. Hopefully she decided to throw a mic on to let others know that the drive thru isn’t working. Really sad to receive this service when it’s normally a great experience.

Terrible terrible service. Ordered in drive thru, asked to go and park in the reserved 1 spot . Not sure why , there wasn’t anyone else I. Drive Thru. 10 minutes later I get my order.. they forgot about my order. The manager could have cared less, said sorry, the person that was supposed to give me my order, forgot.Guess what, order was wrong and cold!!

The food here is normally quite good, but the service here is disappointing more often than not. Given that mcdonald’s is meant to be quick service, i have to give 2 stars as, this mcdonald’s has some of the slowest service and almost always forget something from my order. When in the drive thru, if you get parked, you better hope you got lucky, and they got your order right, because as soon as they pass you your food they are running away before you even have a chance to get a word out. Personally i would not suggest anyone go here before work, even if you’ve got an extra 30 minutes to spare, as there’s a very high chance you’ll be late. if you have nowhere to be then the food is usually good.
