Came in with a friend last night and ordered a couple things each. The restaurant tables were about half full, and we waited a few minutes for the waitress to clean us a spot. After we ordered, she came back to say the restaurant ran out of regular sushi rice and asked us to accept the black rice in its place, which was okay. However, I ordered the Shroom roll and recieved a different one, I think the one above it on the menu, veggie supreme or something. I clocked the mistake right away, as the roll had peppers inside and I can't eat peppers at all. I wouldnt have ordered something with peppers, and I double checked the menu. I asked the waitress about it immediately but she insisted that was the Shroom roll, despite it not having mushrooms and very obviously having bright bell peppers in it. Unfortunately, my friend and I were in a rush and that was the last item to come out of the kitchen. Since we had time constraints that we didn't plan out very well (our bad), I didnt feel like I had time to argue and just put the roll in a box and took it with me, even though I wont be able to eat it. The rest of the food was pretty good, nothing super special. I wish the waitress would have looked harder at the roll and/or considered what I was saying when I pointed out it was wrong. She just said, yup thats the shroom roll, there are lots of veggies, the mushrooms are hiding in there somewhere. 12+ dollar mistake on me and a waste of food. I would be hesitant to come back.

A friend of mine recommended, and this place definitely did not disappoint! The food was amazing and the servers were great! We even received a free nigiri as they said they made us wait long (which I have to say didn’t feel long at all!) it was super hard to pick which items to pick as they all sounded good so were definitely going to come back! The prices were also really reasonable! Highly recommend this place!!

this place was absolutely amazing. i was in the area and craving sushi and i happened to stubble upon this little gem in winnipeg. i wasn't sure what to order but my server cherri was very friendly and patient with me and also recommended some top sellers that she thought that i would like. she recommended the kyleburi & kalysia roll & lemme tell u, this was the BEST sushi i've ever had in the city. if you're looking for a spot where you can get quality food and quality service for a good price, then this is your spot !!!

We came in for Valentine’s day and everything was amazing! Although it was really busy the servers were constantly updating us on the food and were very attentive. They gave us a rose too which was super cute. Will be back!

Although small, their service was exceptional. Me and my beb came in as walk ins on a busy valentines day and they let us sit in the bar area. Seats were a good view of the cooks working and we like sitting beside each other which was great. Regine was an amazing server, took our orders and professionally waited our tables. She was also juggling with 5 other tables quickly and efficiently. Food was FANTASTIC. Ordered the specialty valentines oysters and sushi (yummy 😋). Overall such a great experience (John the cook was also funny and had a great smile).
We had a great experience. We attended with a large group and had booked out the entire restaurant and the service and food were all incredible. highly recommend

First time there today. The atmosphere was cozy. The service was worth 5 stars. Our server was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food: quality, quantity, and the freshness were exceptional. We particularly loved the oysters, tuna tacos, kienna roll, and the centipede roll. Will definitely be back!
