On Tap Frozen Dessert Bar

Instructions unclear..when we walked in the employee seemed annoyed that we were there and didnt help us figure out the confusing menu at all. Ordered a peach cobbler and it was not peach at all it was some strange citrus fruit with seeds in it? The custard had clearly been sitting for days and had chunks in it ... definitely would not return or reccomend to anyone unfortunately.

The last 3 visits I’ve gone and they have 2 flavours available, and the staff are not very approachable as they’re always gossiping with friends. Disappointing

When we visited, we were the only people in the shop, I got a cafe latte frozen yogurt cup, and my friends got milkshakes. The cashier/server was lovely.

It was alright. Although over $8.00 for a milkshake is a steep price, they were generous with the mix-ins. I got the Kit-Kat milkshake and I would get it again. Atmosphere was a bit empty, and I think perhaps the interior could be a little better decorated - it just feels a bit awkward. Service was good. The toppings looked low-quality, which led me to opt for a milkshake rather than frozen yogurt.

Went here today with my boyfriend and the owner was soooo sweet. Gave us tastings of everything we wanted and was just happy to be there. Would 100% give all my money here.

The fro yo itself was good but all the toppings we picked out were stale to the point that some of them were rock solid. The worker was also very unpleasant when I had a question regarding the toppings station.

The service was excellent - the girl working was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious - we got the apple cinnamon crumble with crumbrulee. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we just found it a bit expensive for the size, so probably won't go again for a while.

Yummy treats great variety of items.A must to go to! Woman who helped me was very understanding of my son's food allergy and was very accommodating.
