My boyfriend and I visited here last evening. The ice cream was delicious, we both tried one flavor. Customer service was great too, there was only one female working and she was friendly and had our order done in a timely matter. I will also say she went out of her way to assist another customer who had nut allergies who came in placing an order, and i had overheard her explaining how she will sanitize the area, all utensils and tools, ect. She explained this to the customer with a friendly attitude, and did not seen bothered at all - this is the type of customer service that is appreciated :) Kudos to her!

Ambiance is really nice. Many areas that you can take selfies. Staff was nice. She was accommodating, since it was our first time. We ordered four rolled ice creams. All were really good. Glad they have a branch in the Forks area now.

You would think rolled ice cream is just a novelty but there's something about it that is just so satisfying and delicious. Prices are quite high but considering the amount of toppings and quality you're paying for, it makes sense. This is such a good treat and they're open later than a lot of places in my experience, great for that late night craving.

Had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here!! Absolutely amazing! Communication was great, they set up everything, and took down. Pleasant experience with a very custom feel unlike other venues we’ve had. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you, we’ll definitely be booking again!! Oh and every kid loved the party!! 10/10 Thank you

I love milksmith and their ice creams however I came to try their Dubai chocolate ice cream and was in shock at the price $17!!! I bought it anyways and when I got it I was so disappointed, it was small compared to the picture and it might have been good tasting but not $17 worthy, SAVE YOUR MONEY because the Dubai chocolate rolled ice cream is expensive, their other ice creams are good though

This is an incredible place to have a kid’s birthday party! It is a dream party! The staff were so nice and accommodating. Everything runs so smooth. The kids will be crazy on sugar by the end, but they’ll have an amazing time! Highly recommend booking your next party here!
