Ngl, a cute place.Good ice cream options and experience. You can make your own as well which is cool. Although it didn’t “wow” me, I was content. A good way to end the day. Clean and chic. There was gulab jamoon option which was interesting.

Went here for the experience. Staff was very friendly. Love the service. Will come back for the gila jamun ice cream.
This was a super fun experience. The kids loved the decor (between my brother and I we have 7 girls, so the pink was a hit). The ice cream was great for something unique and different. I wouldn't replace regular ice cream for this, however. The flavour was nice but not wow. I prefer Marble Slab over this. And I've since realized more places offer rolled ice cream. I thought this was a one of a kind thing but I've seen it in two other ice cream places in Winnipeg since. It isn't the quickest process when you are giving multiple orders but it is quite interesting to watch. Definitely not cheap either but considering the laborious process, it is priced right.

We just hosted our daughter’s 6th birthday party at Milksmith, and it was fantastic! The space is adorable, and everything was set up and ready for us when we arrived. The kids had fun decorating their own pints and making ice cream behind the counter! The staff made accommodations so even our guests with nut allergies were able to fully participate which we really appreciated! The staff were kind, helpful, and patient with the kiddos and ensured everyone had fun. As a parent, I appreciated that everything was done for us and we were able to show up right before the party started and leave as soon as it was done! I highly recommend Milksmith if you’re looking for a fun and unique birthday party!

Milksmith is my go to ice cream place for the last few years. Quality ice cream and products, very friendly customer service and a cute interior. My all time favourites are the Strawberry Shawty (if you love nutella you need this), Gulab Jamun ice cream (amazing Indian flavours) and the Biscoff Milkshake. They also come out with different collaborations from time to time so I would suggest keeping an eye on their insta. Recently ordered customized Mini donuts for a Taylor Swift themed bday party and they turned out great. Not only they looked great but the taste was even better. Everybody devoured them within minutes!

Nice decor and friendly staff. Ice cream has nice presentation but tastes pretty ordinary. After the bit of toppings it felt like we were just eating plain ice cream. Maybe would be improved if they were a bit more generous with the mix-ins? It cost nearly $50 with tax and tip for our family of 4 and that did not seem worth it.

I loooooove Milk Smith. My friends and I come as a treat every now and then and it never disappoints. We often go in the evening/night and it can get quite busy! There is a seating area up a few steps that has a washroom and tables. They also have some outdoor seating which is lovely during the summer. Totally recommend going and trying something new!

Finished the party with dancing . Instead of doing loop bags each kid took home lip gloss and pint of ice cream . The staff were kind and patient with the kids . The place is adorable . I recently visited Milksmith ice-cream shop and tried their much-touted Gulabjamun roll ice cream. While the presentation left much to be desired, the flavors were disappointingly ordinary for their so-called "Speciality." Considering the steep price of $13, all I got was an overwhelming sugar rush. Save your money and skip this lackluster experience.

Walked in here with my family and stood at the counter waiting to order. Lady behind the counter made eye contact with me and said "one second" (we were the only ones waiting). Three other people walked in and stood at the debit machine I guess they were not sure if I had ordered or not yet. Lady who told me one second went on to serve them first. I told her out loud "oh I thought I was in line" to which she just looked blankly at me like I was speaking a different language. Train your employees better.
