I ordered Bhaturia today but I didn't get any cutlery. A day ago I ordered Amarsari Kulcha but that day too I didn't get any cutlery. Now how can I eat food without cutlery?

I ordered food from Mirchi Masala and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Amritsari Kulcha plate — the sabzi tasted old, the kulcha was extremely hard to eat, and even the potato inside the kulcha tasted very bad.When I called the restaurant, they admitted the sabzi was made in the morning. They also did NOT offer any refund or store credit. Instead, they just said “come to the store and we will make it again.” in windy weather, who would want to go back out? And after that, they simply cut the call.

I was trying to order a papdi chart today and requested to pack the papdi seperate as it gets soggy in few minutes. The girl straight up refused to do it for no reason and I even insisted to pay a bit more but it was still a no in the end. I end up order the chaat from Junction at Mcphillips and they had no problem at all. They just lost a customer today for no reason at all.

They employees drive like lunatics almost hitting people. Hard to say i blame them. last time I ate there i had to rip out of there to find a washroom as well.

They have started providing very terrible food and services. Unwashed utensils, burnt bhature and the smell of burnt and old oil was very strong. Upon telling them that the utensil is dirty, girl just awkwardly smiled. No service- no replacement of food. And charged us full. Even on uber eats, they send the worst food ever.

Actually Mirchi-Masala is my favorite restaurant, every 2nd or 3rd day, I'm visiting Mirchi-masala near plassis east kildonan area, and they have very nice and friendly employees, even qualified and respectful employees, my favorite items is paneer wale Bhuture, even samosas and many more, and they made everything very Delicious food, and they used everything from Costco grocery stuf, please visit and enjoy the Best food in Winnipeg, please 🙏.
